The Space:

Casa Linda features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.



The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The elevated hillside setting allows beautiful sunsets, while remaining close to the resort’s main attractions.

All amenities operate under schedules and regulations set by the resort administration.



DISCLOSURE:

The Las Colinas community pool is temporarily closed for repairs starting May 18, 2026, and until further notice. This improvement project is managed by the HOA/community administration and may generate light activity during daytime hours. Guests still have access to Puerto Beach Club by Hotel Indigo and other resort amenities.



IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE (Updated: July 21, 2026) Please note that effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés has implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests wishing to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool. Access is subject to the following minimum food & beverage consumption:



-Adults: MXN $800 per person

-Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption

-Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person.



This policy is established and managed exclusively by Puerta Cortés and is subject to change without prior notice. Nautilus Properties does not determine or control these requirements.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that access conditions to third-party amenities may change during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Puerta Cortés is one of the most exclusive seaside communities in La Paz.



The resort includes:



• A full-service marina accommodating yachts up to 250 feet

• Multiple dining options and cafés

• Spa services at Hotel Índigo

• El Cortés Golf Course, a signature Gary Player design with panoramic ocean views



The Beach Club features a beachfront restaurant and bar, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a relaxed Baja atmosphere.



Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are approximately 10–15 minutes by car.



Getting Around:

Guests may move around the resort by walking through landscaped paths or by renting a golf cart.



Golf cart rental is not included and is subject to availability. Typical rates range between USD 60–120 per night depending on model and stay duration.



To rent a golf cart, guests must provide:

• Valid driver’s license

• Signed liability waiver

• Refundable security deposit



Private transportation and airport transfers can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy



Pet-friendly with prior written authorization only.



• Small pets only (maximum 10 kg / 20 lbs)

• Maximum one pet per reservation unless approved

• Additional pet fee and refundable deposit required



Pets may not:

• Be left unattended for extended periods

• Access pools, Beach Clubs, or shared facilities

• Enter common areas where prohibited by community rules



Guests are fully responsible for any damages or violations caused by their pet.



Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.



LAST BUT NOT LEAST

As part of the check-in process, a security deposit hold is required upon arrival at the property using a bank terminal. This works similarly to the authorization hold used by hotels at check-in and check-out.

The security deposit is mandatory in order to complete the check-in process and is held as a security measure for the protection of both our guests and the property. The amount depends on the property and will be either $1,000 USD / $20,000 MXN or $500 USD / $10,000 MXN.

Please rest assured that this is only a temporary hold and is not an actual charge unless there is a need to cover any damages or other applicable charges.
