Casa “Lucero” is a paradise where you’ll truly feel at home. Located within the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort, just five minutes from La Paz’s iconic Malecón, it offers the perfect setting to relax while remaining close to the city’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

Your stay includes the use of a golf cart, allowing you to comfortably explore Las Colinas and the rest of the resort, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, a world-class marina, coffee shops, a mini market, and other convenient services.

Make your stay even more enjoyable by visiting the Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo Beach Club, both located just five minutes away by golf cart.

If you prefer spending the day at the beach, you’re welcome to do so without visiting the club. The beach is open to everyone, and access does not require entering Puerto Club. Simply park your golf cart next to the tennis courts, and within a short walk you’ll reach the beach. For an even more comfortable visit, we recommend bringing a beach umbrella, a cooler with your favorite refreshments, and a couple of beach chairs to enjoy the beautiful shoreline of Puerta Cortés.

Relax by the pool, enjoy delicious food and refreshing cocktails, and take in the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez while experiencing two of the community’s premier beachfront venues, just a short golf cart ride away.

Great property, well appointed, excellent location, well maintained. Only issue was that the home was short on paper products...no big deal. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great place to stay in La Paz.

Weekend in La Paz

Had a wonderful time at this property in La Paz. We took advantage of the property, visiting the beach club and taking the opportunity to play a round of golf as well. The home was well appointed, clean, and provided a very comfortable home base as we went into town and ate at several wonderful restaurants and enjoyed the Malecon. We very much enjoyed this property and hope to be back again soon.

Excellent home and experience

It is a terrific home with easy access to a beach / pool club with bar / meal service. Gorgeous views and all the amenities we needed. The house is only a few miles to the city center for dinner and shopping. It was an ideal experience! I highly recommend the property.

Exceeded expectations

Immaculately clean and well-appointed property in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Note the beautiful pool in the photo is not heated and therefore not usable when we went in January. However, the beach club pool is heated.

I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.Before arrival, there was no clear or visible information indicating that pets were prohibited. After checking in and entering the property, I was later informed that my dog was not allowed and was asked to leave. This created a very stressful situation during what was supposed to be a vacation.What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, I was encouraged to cancel the reservation and file a claim through travel insurance. This resulted in significant loss of vacation time, additional stress, and financial uncertainty.Communication was inconsistent, and I believe important property restrictions should be clearly disclosed before guests arrive, not after they have already checked in.The property itself may be fine, but transparency and guest communication need significant improvement. Future guests traveling with pets should carefully verify all rules in writing before booking.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our property is clearly listed as not pet-friendly prior to booking. When we learned that a dog had been brought to the property, we worked with you to find a solution and agreed to allow the dog to remain in the mother-in-law suite in a crate while you were at the main house. Unfortunately, that agreement was not being followed. To avoid further disruption to your vacation, our property manager arranged for you to move to a pet-friendly unit that could better accommodate your needs. We always strive to work with our guests and find reasonable solutions whenever possible.

Perfect Spot for Golf, Sunsets, and Teen-Friendly Fun

This home exceeded our expectations! We visited La Paz during Semana Santa with our two high schoolers and found the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The house offered the privacy we were looking for, while the golf cart made it easy to get to the market or resort pool when we wanted a little more action.Daily sunsets from the rooftop deck overlooking the golf course were a highlight. We're not usually resort travelers, but with our son recently getting into golf, this community was a perfect fit. The host is incredibly responsive. We’ll definitely be back.

Great property. All amenities needed, tons of space, great outside spaces, access to secluded beach w good service. Very wellg stocked market on the resort, but quite pricey. The gas station right down the road is much more reasonable. Only negative was that the main club house was closed for maintenance, and we didn't find out until the day we arrived. But, there were 3 other pools we had access too. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in the Baja

Love this place! Had a truly wonderful experience. The reservation process was very easy and everything was just as it was stated. The house was very clean, bedding wonderful, kitchen well stocked (nice to have "real" dishes). The kitchen/living/patio area was a great place to visit and relax. The golf cart drive was so nice and only about 7 min to the beach. And both beach clubs. We watched the sunsets every night. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants were all close and there were lots of choices. Nightlife on the Malecone was enjoyable. We loved the house and are ready to come back! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.

Perfect Vacation

The home is beautiful and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property is very well maintained and was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need for the perfect vacation. It's not often vacation homes allow the use of beach items like chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, etc. but everything was available! The kitchen had everything you could want, just add food! The location was convenient to the beach club and marina market for basic food items and liquor. Having use of the golf cart made it even easier. The restaurant at the beach club was great, as well as the restaurant at the golf course. Many wonderful restaurants & shops are just a short drive away in Malecon and everything exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying here again!
