A Calm Place to Get Away

This is a very nice property. It had everything my family and I needed to feel at home while traveling through Vegas. I highly recommend. 5-stars across the board, except for location. The neighborhood is nice, no complaints there. But the unit faces the back of a school, which has a very loud public address system that broadcasts well across the back of the condominium development. So mornings were a bit noisy. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Property was exactly what we expected from the pictures. Easy communication with the host. We enjoyed our time in Vegas.

Quiet/clean but some things need maintenance

Overall, the place is clean and fairly quiet. There is a need for some maintenance. Bathroom faucet handle is detached and falls off easily. There was no hand soap in one bathroom and one of the faucet controls was reversed for hot/cold water. The hot water takes a long time to get warm. The blinds are flimsy and ready to fall off. The master bathroom didn’t have a towel bar. Master bed had a strong febreeze smell all over the sheets and was irritating the sinuses. The bathroom caulking could use some work - they are cracked and looked dark. The shower liners are a bit mildewy and needs replacement. Overall, a decent place despite some of the listed maintenance needs. The bed firmness and quality is good. They have space heaters which was nice. The video directions and details for the place was good. The place was spacious.

Nice location

Communication with the owners was excellent. Upon our arrival we found that the location was a nice and quiet area, although we found the unit to need updating. We took photos when we arrived and sent them immediately to the owner. We found some broken blinds among other things. A few recommendations would be... putting curtains in the bedroom to block out the sun in the morning, To add some sort of dresser or closet cabinet in to put the under garments in. And to make sure there's enough supplies (towels) to accommodate the amount of people staying.

Nice place just needed to be cleaner and more privacy blinds did not work and we’re broken

This was an overall decent place to stay, the only thing I would say is the place could have been a little bit more cleaner, and I would have preferred if the place would have had some better blinds the blinds were old and broken and I didn’t feel very comfortable because I feel like people could look in the windows and patio doors due to the blinds being really crappy and broken

Disappointing

I stayed here for my son’s national volleyball tournament with my son. Chose this location due to the proximity to the location of the tournament. My son only spent 2 nights here so I was there by myself. We only showered and slept there since the whole day was spent at the tournaments. The location is convenient with restaurants and markets close by. The condo was a little aged but it was fine for me since I didn’t spend alot of time there. Only cooking I did was boil water for my coffee since there is no coffee maker. The AC unit is very loud since it was an older unit. Checkin was a bit frustrating since the code for the door did not work. I ended up using the back up code and even then it takes a few times every time to get the door unlocked. The most disappointing thing happened after my stay when the host sent me “additional charges” for damages that were already there when I checked in. Anyone looking at the damages can tell they are old just by looking at it because its worn out. I have disputed with the host and have yet to hear back. My advice to everyone is take videos or photos when you first walk in as proof.

Overall Great Stay!

Overall it was a great stay I enjoyed myself when I first came in the refrigerator door hand was off and the blinds was broken off on the floor I found two bugs in the master bedroom bathroom but other then that the houses was great the neighborhood was quiet and was very close to the strip

Great Experience

The property was clean and comfortable. We experienced some issues with the entry lock but the owner was quick to respond in helping In figuring out the issue turn out it was just a matter of pulling the door forward while entering the code. No other issues. The property felt safe. I would rent from this owner again.

Inadequate in many ways

There are vertical blinds throughout the condo. In the bedrooms some slats are missing. The BR's are facing the parking lot. Absolutely no privacy, especially in the evening when the lights are on. We had to prop the beautiful long canvas picture (shown in the photos) against the window, held up by the ironing board (such a lovely look (not)) to stop prying eyes from peering in while undressing. Totally unacceptable. The dishwasher is not secured to the cupboards. Every time the door is opened it clangs against the surrounding cabinets. No wine glasses, and only 4 drinking glasses supplied. No teaspoons in the silverware drawer, only large serving spoons and large soup spoons. Very minimal other accoutrements such as pots/pans/bowls, etc. The couch is disgusting. Large stains on almost the entire surface. I would not sit on it throughout our stay. The MBR king bed had a queen comforter which did not provide adequate coverage. BR 2 had a king pillow with a standard pillow case (10" of the pillow was sticking out of the case - UGH). No dressers in any of the 3 BR's for unpacking belongings. Master BR bathroom faucet handle broken, there was no way of changing the temperature because we had to use the 1/4" metal stem underneath the broken handle to turn the water on/off. There is no automatic coffee maker, a very standard feature in every rental I've ever used. There is a french press, but if you have 5 adults drinking coffee in the morning, it really is not adequate. Living room sliding door lock does not work!!!! We again had to be creative and pulled the hall closet hanger rod and wedged it between the door and wall to secure our lodging. We later realized there is a metal security bar attached to the side of the sliding door to lock it (but this is not readily apparent, nor was it mentioned in any of the very limited information given. We addressed most of these issues to the owner upon our first day of arrival. The owner replied saying he would "look into it". No further communication or action was given. Absolutely horrendous response to the many issues we had with the rental.

the property is in the safe location, gated and surrounded with stores like groceries, gas station, bank etc. 3BR/2B with the price per night is really affordable The beds are very comfortable., the living room is spacious. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The unit has few faults that we noticed when we arrived. The 2nd BR doesnt have a complete set of blinds that provided privacy, it has 2 missing blinds. The unit heater didnt work, so we had to use the fireplace and boiled some water to heat up the room. The owner , like I said was very responsive to our concerns and made sure of line of communication. A heating service came the following day to checked the issue of the thermostat.but since we will checking out the following day, and needs to be out of the unit when the service guys show up, we decided not to have it fix, and will just utilized our resourcefulness to kept us warm. overall, if not for those issues I stated, I would have it rated 4.5. For for family satisfaction, we rate the unit as 3.9.

Perfect for our boys week of play

This place was well located close to the strip but quite. There is a school behind it but we only heard announcements once around 9:00 AM. The beds were comfortable and they had quality linens. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable in LV

Allan and his crew were very responsive concerning our stay, sending all the details we needed to access the property and enabling us to arrive late at night without a problem. After a long day of traveling, what a relief to find this spotless condo with everything we needed on hand. Although it would have been nice to meet a real person during our stay, someone always responded quickly to messages over the vrbo site. The pool area was also accessible. As Las Vegas was experiencing record heat during our stay, we were able to cool off quickly and leave again, as there weren’t any shady areas to sit in. We won’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Vegas.

Great place

Great condo to stay at. Quiet area and was perfect for what we needed. Our code didn’t work when we checked in and took some time to get a response but nothing terrible. Would stay here again.

It’s a good stay

Not bad I can’t complain. Was located in a great area. Very convenient, and it wasn’t far from the strip at all. Only thing I would say is get the toilet fixed or a new plunger. And take off the pool listing if you can’t use it because that was one of the main reasons we booked the spot.

The place was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for two. Great for an off the Strip stay!

I was happy with my experience here. Communication with the renter was very prompt. The pool, unfortunately, wasn’t open but the location is great. Plenty off of Strip options for food just down the street and a convenience store within a few minutes walk. No noise to speak of in the evenings and plenty of room for a getaway for two.

Our stay

The house itself was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. The main bathroom door didn’t lock but either then that, everything was nice. I was disappointed in the cleansing ness of the swimming pool which was the main reason why we rented the place. A/C was nice, beds were very comfortable. It was a nice getaway for our family to enjoy ourselves. Overall, great stay.
