Property was as described and in the location previewed prior to booking. Very nice and spacious condo. Comfortable for two adults. Quiet and clean but could use a deep clean of hard to reach areas. Timely communication from host. I would stay here again!

Great place. Clean and spacious. Even had a cute balcony perfect for coffee or journaling. Hosts were communicative and gave detailed instructions. Checkout was easy!Specific instructions to find the condo were a little confusing, but we found it. Kitchen could use some more supplies (silverware, coffee cups, baking supplies), but it did not adversely affect our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

The unit was very clean and kitchen has all the necessities that need. Having coffee supplied in the unit was great. Could use another extra blanket in the other bedroom and more lighting in the living room. Besides the road repairs it was a great place to stay and the owner was very nice to work to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Great home away from home

When we walked into the condo, we were taken aback by how large it was. 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one very large), a nice living room, a dining area, and a complete kitchen (a bit on the small side). There was also a full-sized washer and dryer in the entryway. The unit was very clean and the complex very quiet. We were there for business and it was nice to have a place large enough to fully relax during our "off" hours.

Upstairs Condo Unit with Patio and Pool

The unit was private and each room was very spacious . Furniture was comfortable and beds firm. We often enjoyed our coffee sitting out on the patio or around the dining room table (under a high ceiling). The proximity of the covered parking space as well as the pool/spa and work-out room is a plus. This location is situated within minutes of the strip, UNLV, T-Mobile arena, and Allegiant Stadium. Customer service is key. Questions and any issues were VERY promptly addressed no matter the day of the week, or the time of day. We will definitely arrange to stay here again.

The perfect stay...I could live here!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 11 and 5) really enjoyed our stay. The property is big, comfortable, easily accessible, safe (gated community), pools (a highlight for the kids), a gym, washer/dryer, full kitchen and very homey (we could totally live there). The assigned and covered parking was perfect for the hot, summer weather. It had everything we needed (house necessities). The entry code that was given didn't work, but luckily, they gave us an initial backup code that did work. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of my questions. The only thing that I wish was if there were drawers to put our clothes in. We stayed there for a total of 13 days, so I feel like that would have been helpful and neater. There were closets and hangers (that was great), but we weren't able to put all of our clothes away and easily accessible for the kids.Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. It didn't feel like we were away from home. There were many places to eat, shop that were nearby. We would definitely stay there again. We also appreciate the early check in (4 hours earlier than usual). That worked out perfectly for us. THANK YOU for an unforgettable stay!
