Needed a new dryer. Also the pool closest to us was out of order, but there were two other pools on the premesis. Great location to the strip with access to Walmart and Target if needed. Nice and cool. Quiet too!

Hi Tien, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, the quiet atmosphere, and your overall stay. We wanted to let you know that the dryer has already been replaced, so future guests won’t experience that issue. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the nearest pool being out of order. Unfortunately, the pools are managed by the HOA, so it’s outside of our direct control—but we appreciate your understanding and are glad you were still able to enjoy the other pools on the property. We’d love to host you again on your next visit! ALFAN Estates

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and great communication from beginning to end with the host. We loved that one of the pools was just steps away from the unit. The only issues we ran into are completely out of their control. The first was the tenants of the property above. It sounded like the Raiders offensive line was practicing. The other was a dog parking on schedule every day at 7 a.m. Again, totally out of the host’s control but it did affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your stay, found the home easy to locate, and appreciated our communication throughout your visit. It's also great to know you enjoyed having the pool just steps away from the unit. We appreciate your understanding regarding the noise from the upstairs neighbors and the early morning barking dog. While these matters are unfortunately beyond our control, we sincerely apologize that they affected your experience. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to welcome you back the next time you're in Las Vegas!

Family spring break trip

We had a great time on our trip to Las Vegas and this property met our needs perfectly! We had plenty of space and were able to prepare our own breakfast/coffee as well as other meals to help save on cost. Really appreciated the on site water filter, full-size refrigerator, and washer and dryer to do a load of laundry. Very cute and comfortable space! We would stay here again.
