Lejligheden ligger i Venedig i distriktet Santa Croce, nær den gamle kirke San Simeon Grande.
Lejligheden ligger i et centralt område, som er meget let at nå fra togstationen og Piazzale Roma (busterminal i Venedig) og meget godt forbundet til alle områder i byen. De fleste af attraktionerne er i gåafstand fra lejligheden, men der er også mindre end 100 meter fra lejligheden vaporetto (vandbus) stop fra "Riva de Biasio", hvorfra du kan nå ethvert sted i Venedig uden at skulle gå.
Lejligheden er stor (130 kvadratmeter) og er netop blevet renoveret. Det er udstyret med alle bekvemmeligheder, tre 51 tommer tv, aircondition og wi-fi. Der er 2 soveværelser med king-size (hvert soveværelse har også en enkeltseng). Hvert soveværelse har et 51 tommers smart-tv, AC og gratis wifi. Der er en rummelig stue med 51 tommer fladt tv, AC og gratis wifi, et fuldt udstyret køkken (opvaskemaskine, ovn, køleskab, mikroovn osv.), En spisestue og stort badeværelse.

There's not a bad location in Venice, although this apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station. The owner provided thorough, well-written directions to find the apartment. Venice is incredible, so we weren't in the apartment much.

Host never responded to messages from date of booking 6 months prior. On day of stay I finally called and he quickly got off the phone with me by saying that he would call me back. He then cancelled the reservation. By looking at other recent reviews this is a pattern for this property and this property should not be allowed on VRBO.

We were due to check in around 3 pm on Mon 29 September and that morning received a message saying there is a problem with the bathroom and our booking is cancelled. Looking through the reviews I see last minute cancellations have happened on numerous occasions to other prospective guests.

We had booked this property months before we arrived and the host cancelled on the day we arrived in Venice. I suspected something was up as they had not responded to my messages asking for check in instructions days before. We had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute which was difficult and not what we wanted. Money was refunded quickly but no apologies from the host or Stayz or any help finding somewhere else. Will not be using Stayz again.

We were extremely disappointed with this booking. We had already checked in at London Heathrow Airport for our flight to Venice when we received a notification from the host that the property we booked was not available. This was despite trying to contact the host two weeks earlier with questions about the amenities. The host offered two choices - a complete refund or a second property that was supposedly similar to the one we had booked. We also saw a review from another traveler the previous month that complained that the property wasn’t available back in July. We contacted VRBO at that time and was assured that the booking was still valid, but if there was a problem, we could rely on VRBO’s “Book with Confidence “ promise. When we got the notification from the host on the day we were due to check in that the property wasn’t available, we contacted VRBO. After explaining the issue to the VRBO representative, we were put on hold while she would contact the host. Then the line disconnected. At that point we were called to board our plane to Venice. When we arrived in Venice, we had not received any communication from VRBO, so we tried to contact them again. Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to reach a representative. At this point, we felt our only option was to accept the host’s offer of the alternative property. When we arrived, we realized that we would never have booked this property as there were several features that did not meet our requirements.

When we got to Venice we found the correct neighborhood but not the specific address. Our phones were not working well, but we were able to find a friendly local who called the host for us. Constante answered the call and said he'd send a text but of course my phone wasnt working. So 10min later the local called again, and Constante didnt answer. I walked down the street and was able to connect to the wifi and when I went to my listing it had been cancelled 10 min prior! So now we are in Venice, not speaking the language, and we have no place to stay. It is evening and we've been traveling almost 18 hours. We finally found a hotel (after stopping at 2 others). When I emailed the host he said he had cancelled "awhile" ago and didnt know why I wasn't notified. But the cancellation time and date showed it was right after he got the phone call. The absolute worst experience - completely unacceptable and no apologies or explanations.

Disaster

we did not end up staying nobody was there to greet us. We could not get in and when I messaged the guy, he told me that he was blocked from VRBO and then proceeded to block me and then there was no more contact until I contacted you guys directly. we ended up getting a hotel that we had to pay for and then I’m trying to get back my money.

Magnificent Apartment!

As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. I couldn’t suggest a better apartment if you are looking for some fun with friends or family!!!

Stay in Venice

We planned a 4 day stay in Venice and chose Venice Central cozy apartment. Very spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen. Very responsive property manager. He went out of the way to accommodate our early stay. Very well connected with the Vapparato system for travel. 1 min walk from Water taxi station and 5 min walk from Train station. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stay in venice.

So let's start with the good, apartment is very spacious and very close to the train station. House was clean and in good order. What I feel could be improved were the details and that's why I'm giving a 3/5.First of all there are two bathrooms, but one of them doesnt have a latch that locks, and after about a minute or so of you being in that bathroom that door will creep open, so just keep in mind if you are with a group that requires privacy. The second door has a ghetto rigged latch you have to fight with to get locked. Again, seems like an easy 5 minute fix to get a proper latch in but seems like it doesn't bother the host that privacy is not important .also the bedroom doors don't have locks, again a privacy thing. There was also no shampoo or soap provided, so again because everything was closed we had to do without a late night shower after you are running around sweaty all day. Second we were a party of four, and the house was equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper that were almost done, is say about 25% of a roll. We arrived late so all the stores were closed and we kind of had to do without. All the other places I stayed in Italy (Rome, Florence), we're stocked with enough toilet paper . This seems like a really cheap thing the host skimped on. The apartment is a bit old but by Venice standards was ok.

Comfortable and Great Location

The property is a short walk from the train station with several eating places nearby. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Was perfect for our one night stay coming in by train. Was only about 6 min from train station. Costante’s assistant met at one of the water taxi stops near that and took us to the apartment. The apartment was very neat and clean. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers were great for our family of 6. It was nice as they had a king in one bedroom and a bigger bed

Cute place but communication left more to be desired

The space overall was great, very spacious and comfortable and in a cute area with some small bars, restaurants, and shops around the corner. Only complaint is that the property owner was incredibly slow to respond to messages. They sent me a message two weeks before my trip, and then ignored the two messages I sent in response until the day we needed to check in. The bathroom doors also had no keys so the doors wouldn’t stay shut, and when I messaged to ask about it the owner never responded. It was a good place to stay for the one night we needed it but staying any longer and not getting responses to any questions would be incredibly frustrating

Pleasant stay

2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Inadmissible

Le séjour a été annulé par le propriétaire 1h avant notre arrivée. Je l’avais contacté plusieurs fois auparavant sans réponse de sa part . Nous avons du trouver un autre hébergement en urgence. Inadmissible !
