Real Escapes Properties er stolt af at tilbyde denne professionelt indrettede, rummelige tre seng, tre og 1/2 bad ejerlejlighed. Denne tre-etages ende enhed Demere Moss Town Homes har en fantastisk beliggenhed - tæt på både stranden og Pier Village-området.

Den første sal i Demere Moss # 20 er en parkeringsplads med dobbelt plads. Udenfor ryggen er der et opholdsområde med propangrill. Når du går op ad trappen til andet niveau, vil du finde dig selv i den primære opholdsstue i denne velindrettede enhed. Andet niveau har det fuldt udstyret køkken, rummelig stue, spisestue og pulver værelse. Spisebordet pladser 6 komfortabelt. Det store soveværelse, der også ligger på 2. sal, har en kingsize seng og et privat en-suite bad med dobbelt forfængelighed. Dette lyse og luftige soveværelse har tv, loftsventilator og egen balkon.

Den tredje sal har et andet opholdsstue med komfortable sofaer, dobbelt loft fans og tv med dvd-afspiller. I trappen er der et stort vaskerum, komplet med ekstra diskplads, blæksprutte, strygebræt, strygejern og fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Fra til højre for opholdsstuen er der et dronningstort soveværelse med et komplet bad, der kan lukkes for privatlivets fred eller åbnes fra hulen. Til venstre er der et andet stort soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge og et privat bad. Hele lejligheden er smagfuldt indrettet og klar til dig og din familie!

Spacious Retreat

It is a great retreat for guests since it has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bath, with a separate family room. (Upstairs TV was not connected during our stay, as requested.) The main floor has the Master bedroom with a small balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. Garage area is quite large for storing cars, bikes, etc. Furnishings are comfortable with wonderful beds and linens. We always feel at home here and plan on visiting every winter as long as possible.

Real Escapes and the town home owner had thought of every detail. The home is beautiful, and the description we read on VRBO did not hold a candle to our actual experience! The beds were so comfortable, the linens were high quality and abundant. The 2+ car garage was a great landing spot for all of our sandy beach gear. We had plenty of room for 2 cars, our trailer and golf cart and we still had room to spare. The location of the condo allowed the directional challenged people (me) get to the beach, village, and grocery without worry. My husband commented often that the town home was so comfortable that other than going to the beach...he had little desire to leave! I know the rest of the family felt the same. We hope to stay at Demere Moss for our next SSI stay!

The only 2 issues the property had were that the linens smelled terrible and the microwave is in need of replacing.Regarding the linens; it was obvious that they had been left in the washer and smelled moldy. I had to do a cleaning cycle on the clothes washer and then re-wash all the towels that I wanted to use to get rid of the terrible smell.Regarding the microwave; the front of the microwave was falling off. The unit was still usable, but it is definitely time to replace it.
