Location, location, location. A great condo in a fabulous location. It's a super easy 3 block walk to Vanderbilt Beach and there are so many enjoyable restaurants also nearby. The hosts were wonderful, communicated very well and graciously accommodated a special request from us. Upon arriving, we were surprised to find a lovely variety of snacks welcoming us to the condo. The unit itself is well planned and feels spacious, with the living room and kitchen opening together, and lots of natural light. Very comfortable king sized bed. Lots of amenities included - beach towels, chairs and umbrella, on site private parking, rooftop pool area and so much more. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The condo is in a fantastic area and beautifully done with everything you could need for a great vacation. We rented a beach cart but otherwise had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and so welcoming with a wonderful gift basket of goodies for our arrival/stay which was a wonderful surprise. Chris was extremely accommodating and responsive regarding an issue we had. I would certainly stay again.

Chris made our stay wonderful! His place is the perfect place for a family vacation. The location is great and he’s very fast to respond with any questions you have. You have everything you need in the condo. We can’t wait to book again on our next trip to Naples!

Very good host; the welcome basket was a great touch. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. It’s very close to the beach. While this is no fault of the host whatsoever, the construction that surrounds the unit on all sides is wildly annoying. During the week, they’re in full force by 630am and it’s noisy, woke me up each day - if you want to sit on the balcony, it will completely interrupt your enjoyment. Tried to enjoy the rooftop pool and had to wear my headphones just so I could enjoy my time. It’s a shame because it is actually a VERY lovely place in an excellent location and you can tell these hosts care very much but that construction really is a bother.

5 Minute Walk to the Beach

This first floor, one bedroom condo was in the perfect location. Besides having the necessary amenities for cooking and relaxing and it being spotless, (plus a lovely and thoughtful gift basket upon arrival), we also had a beautiful view of the bay from the lanai, walked to a gorgeous beach in five minutes, and drove to wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples in under 15 minutes. This condo is in a super location!

Wonderful condo!

What a delight this condo was! It is decorated with high-end materials, and the owners have thought of everything! So many thoughtful touches, from the welcoming bottle of wine and charcuterie plate (thank-you!), to the beach chairs and umbrella, and to the basket of sundries that you might have left at home The good-sized balcony has comfortable furniture and a view of the intercoastal. The location just cannot be beat. One block to Vanderbilt Beach, and a short walk to Buzz’s Lighthouse Restaurant, the Turtle Club, and Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton. I highly recommend this unit, and am looking forward to staying here again. 5 stars!

The location of the condo is perfect, a block to the beach, ideal! Beaches beautiful! Rooftop pool awesome, warm, clean and easily accessible. Condo layout nice, large island with chairs, and lovely screened in balcony. Hosts attentive, and communicate well. Arrival process seamless. Would highly recommend.

Sunshine stay

Overall, a pleasant stay, good location, easy access to beach, activities and restaurants. Condo was as shown in the photos. My one suggestion is perhaps a couple of hooks in entrance hall for jackets. The basket of snacks and wine, plus cheese and sausage in the frig were a pleasant surprise that we enjoyed. Thank you!!
