Adriana was very helpful before and during our stay - most importantly, she was always available even one evening when we had an emergency with my 85 yr old father and helped us arrange a visit from the hotel doctor. Breakfast by Candy and Kathia was also incredible. The pool and facilities at the Four Seasons were excellent.

The home was beautiful, quite like the pictures on the website. The housekeepers were wonderful with delicious breakfasts each day, catered to the likes of our family. The house was conveniently located although golf carts were quite necessary.

Best Family Vacation Ever

There are no words to express the exceptional service, location, and beauty of this villa. We were blown away by the view and amenities. Everyone is so friendly and kind and we felt safe and secure in this incredible area. We hope to be back one day soon!

Wonderful time at avanti

Wonderful villa and we can't wait to come back. Everything went smoothly and we enjpyed everything at the villa. Loved the pool and hot tub and eating breakfast outdoors and whale watching. A very memorable vacation. Everyone had fun.

Paradise!

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this villa and the staff made it a real vacation for all! The villa was spotless and all of the resort amenities meant no one was ever bored. We had a chef for most breakfasts and several dinners and even enjoyed room service one night. We will recommend this villa to others and hope to return soon!

Spring Break

We were unfortunately unable to go due to Covid-19 but will return as we love Punta Mita and had a great experience in the planning stages with these guys.

Couples trip to Punta Mita

Our group of four couples went to the Four Seasons Punta Mita for a multiple birthday celebration and had a fantastic trip. The daily breakfast service was perfect for our group. We also had a private chef for on the the evenings and it was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described and the pool on the back patio was perfect for relaxing with a cocktail, we even saw whales from the patio. Our concierge helped to arrange all of this, including two four passenger golf carts (highly recommend). We went to multiple beach resorts (all by golf cart). The lazy river day was a favorite. The spa was very very nice as well. Also recommend the mezcal bar at sunset. Golf was a blast as well (Pacifico course). Overall a wonderful place and we hope to get back.

Perfection in Punta Mita

From beginning to end, this place was perfect! All communication prior to the stay was a breeze, checking in was amazing, and we didn't want to leave! Our host was always available and ready to assist. The daily breakfast chefs were truly amazing and a highlight of our trip! The french toast was superb! All recommendations were spot on. The addition of the golf carts is a must! We drove right into town and enjoyed our favorite Tuna Blanca and others. The Four Seasons property is always wonderful. This was our 4th time to visit, but first using the VRBO. We were nervous as to how it would work not booking directly with Four Seasons. It was a breeze and we were never treated anything less than the normal amazing Four Seasons service at every turn. I can not say enough great things about this experience and would recommend to anyone!

A Stay of a Lifetime!

We booked this immaculate property for 4 couples for my husband's 60th birthday. Everything about our stay was first class. Adriana our concierge helped us set up before and during our stay. She helped us with transportation, in-house massages, reservations and was available to help all our guests throughout our stay. Regis assisted us with our menus, food and drinks. Everything was so fresh and no detail was missed. The property had so many "gathering" areas and we used them all. The kitchen was beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms all unique and spacious and the natural sunlight throughout the house was gorgeous. The conversations, laughs and memories we made were priceless. Our chefs/housekeepers, Margarita and Candy were on time, created beautiful breakfasts and covertly kept the place clean and tidy. The golf carts and access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis were appreciated. The views from the property were second to none and we felt like we were up there alone. We never heard or saw our neighbors. Our stay went so smoothly because of our "team" of helpers. Everyone was able to relax, unwind and enjoy the stay of a lifetime. We will definitely be back!

Best Location in Punta Mita

With its beautiful landscapes, great food and activities, and access to several awesome beaches, Punta Mita has become our favorite beach travel destination. This was made even better with our recent stay at Villa Avanti. From the moment we booked it, Regis the property manager was in regular contact with us, helping us arrange everything from airport transportation, to golf cart rentals, restaurant reservations, and grocery delivery. Everything was taken care of before our arrival. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for two families. We loved eating breakfast out on the patio which has the prettiest views of the water and sunsets. The kids loved playing in the plunge pool and hot tub. The sweet housekeeping team also provides delicious full breakfasts each morning which helped us so much in getting everyone up and ready for the days activities. The property is located within the Four Seasons resort which includes so many amenities beyond those already included in the Punta Mita club membership. The villa is less than a 5 min golf cart drive down to the resort which has the best beach, several pools, restaurants, spa, fitness center, and a kids club. All part of the villa rental. Having stayed at several spots around PM, we all agreed this was our favorite. We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to spend a week at Villa Avanti and we will definitely stay there again. Amazing Property and Host

We had a fantastic time at this villa! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! The host was there to greet us when we arrived and was very helpful in booking dinners and excursions.

We all had the best time! Great house, location, people, food, and the VIEWS!!!! This was our 2nd time and we hope to be back next year for a 3rd. The only bad part was having to leave.

Couples getaway

We were 5 couples traveling for a little getaway. Each couple had their own suite and thoroughly enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer! Breakfast as a group was the perfect way to begin each day in our little slice of paradise…and then we would head to the pool, or beach for a day of r&r. We will definitely be returning! Adriana was such an amazing help and made everything so easy (dinner reservations, golf carts, airport transportation…) Thank you!!!

Family Celebration

My wife and kids along with extended family absolutely enjoyed celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It did not disspoint as the kids enjoyed the pool and the property had a perfect layout which allowed for 3 couples to have thier own rooms while the kids enjoyed their space. The chef and staff that took care of us while we were at the property were amazing. We will be back.

Perfect family vacay

We are repeat visitors! Perfect spot to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with all the grandkids. Regis is easy to work with and very responsive. Arnold and the ladies were great with our breakfasts and evening meals. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all of you.

8 days in heaven

My family and friends gathered in Punta Mita for our 2nd consecutive year at this Four Seasons property and we were thrilled to spend another 10-day vacation in this beautiful paradise. This was our 2nd stay at Villa Avanti, we had another fantastic holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations again, our staff and concierge turned our stay into a wonderful experience, we never had to do or worry about anything. They took care of all of our needs, made all our transfers and restaurant reservations, arranged private chef dinners and excursions to the Marietas Islands and San Pancho, rented a beautiful boat for sunset around the bay and always had the best spirit. Our chef cooked delicious breakfasts every day and we spent most of our days at the resort, beach, pools and lazy river when we were not golfing or playing tennis. The perfect holiday for us to enjoy the family in a superb environment. By far one of the best Four Seasons resort and private villas worldwide.

Couldn’t be more relaxing

This is a gorgeous villa inside the Four Seasons residences, a few steps from the beach and amenities of the resort. The facilities are spectacular particularly the golf courses and tropical vegetation inside Punta Mita. The kids loved the lazy river, the kids club, the game rooms and kids activities and we indluged in endless siestas on the beach and cocktails by our pool. Staff is great, service is awesome, guacamoles and lobsters are super fresh, we loved our yacht excursion and saw dolphins and manta rays, there is really a lot to do for everyone and the area is very secure. Great property

Great family vacation

We came for a golf week for our third time in Punta Mita and Villa Avanti was the perfect setup for us location wise. The house is spectacular with breathtaking ocean views, impeccably maintained grounds, stunning service, delicious food at home and in the Punta Mita restaurants. The Four Seasons facilities are beyond expectations, the village is a few minutes away and the weather divine. Perfect as always.
