Exceeded Expectations!

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Rancho in Punta Mita and it was absolutely stunning! The villa was so spacious and luxurious, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, and the concierge was so helpful in arranging some amazing activities like golfing, mariachi, tequila tasting and deep-sea fishing. It was truly a five-star experience.

Superb Customer Service

If you are looking for the perfect location, and for an outstanding staff with the unique ability to basically read your mind, then you have found the right spot. I have to tell you that Pablo, Rolando, Jesús, Erik, and Alex knew exactly what we needed before we even knew what it was we needed. Before we could ask for something or before an event came-up, they had everything handled, which made it effortless for us to disconnect and relax. You need to look no further for the ideal vacation spot. Thank you Claudia and Via Pacifica!

PREFECTION!

To say we had the best time is an understatement. The home itself was stunning. Decorated in a beautiful, authentic style that makes you feel on vacation the second you walk through the door. The beds and linens were high end and so comfortable. This along with the towels and robes in every room really blew any 5 star resort out of the water. The pools/ spa, beach are all spectacular. We had a group of 11 with some work to be done in the mornings (or some alone time needed with a cup of coffee). We were all spread out on different ends of the property, each with a better view than the next. What elevates this property to perfection however is the team in place to fully pamper you! The housekeepers were discreet and so friendly. The chefs made the best food and were so accommodating to special requests. When they say 24/7 service it really is 24/7. For my husband's 50th birthday we had 15 filet dinners cooked to perfection, just delicious! The house manager is the sweetest young lady always ready to handle any request. Claudia was also an ALLSTAR!!! She was so professional and such a pleasure to work with. Not only did she make our stay perfection, but created a magical night for me and my family!

Gorgeous beachside location, amazing staff, delicious meals

Wow. Just wow. Beautiful house, meticulously taken care of. Staff on premises all times of day. All meals cooked and cleaned up by the staff. Food was top notch, in fact, we cancelled all dining reservations to just stay at the house, chill, and eat. Good beach access, hosts went above and beyond (planned a piñata party for the kids, a scavenger hunt, and a cooking session with the chefs). Over the top- just the way we like it :-). Thanks to the Claudias, and the chefs (Santiago, Jesus, and the rest of the team)!

Perfection all the way around!

The property, the food, the staff- it doesnt get any better! The house was just a gorgeous setting and was very comfortable for the 8 of us. It was so fabulous we hated to leave the house and only left to play golf at the Four Seasons and visit a quaint and fun tequila distillery. We have been to many beautiful spots around the world but it was the staff and their attentive nature to ensure we were always happy and comfortable that made this particular vacation stand out! Luis, Efren and alma are the gold standard. Please be sure to let them know how they made our trip the best family vacation ever! The only down side is we all gained weight as the food was so amazing!
