Great Stay

Nikos such a great guy he was very friendly reliable host nothing was a problem to him and was always available when required,a nice welcome pack of essentials on arrival and turned up a day later with a Lamb Kleftiko for us which was lovely.apartment was great but possibly needs a liitle tlc inside otherwise would have been 5star all the way

Great stay

This property was easy to book, communication with the host was very efficient. The welcome pack of milk, water, bread, meats etc was much appreciated and saved trying to find a supermarket on the first day albeit there are several supermarkets within walking distance. The pool was a god send considering the temperature and extremely clean. The TV package provided is great. The area where the villa is situated is very quiet. Plenty of restaurants in the vicious too. The coastal path is a 5 minute walk away and leads to an abundance of small beaches. We walked most mornings, took us approx 40 mins to walk to Fig Tree Bay. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a week at the end of May. Villa is in a great location with both Protaras and Pernera within walking distance. Villa was ideal for us as a family of 4. The children loved the pool. Nikos as a host was amazing, supported us with arranging transfers and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect (thank you!) Will definitely be back!

Super holiday

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus. Nikos couldn't have done more for us, he organised our transfers, we had a fantastic welcome pack in the fridge with enough to get us through dinner and breakfast before we went to the supermarket. The kleftiko we were gifted by him and his family was divine. With regards the house it has everything you could need for your stay, beds are a little firm and the main bedroom is a double which was fun when we are used to a king size. Having the use of the car was great as we could go exploring aswell as doing the food shop. Not much open in Protaras or Pernera at this time of year but that didn't bother us. Nikos gave some excellent restaurant recommendations and we walked along the coastal walk and found a lovely bar/restaurant along the way. Glorious weather which is unusual for March. A wonderful week that was just what we needed, Thank you!

A great stay and a fabulous host!

We were here for 7 weeks, part remote working, part holiday. Nikos could not have been more generous. Any questions were promptly answered and any issues quickly resolved. The kleftiko and Christmas biscuits were a lovely thought and much enjoyed. Having use of a car was great. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, especially Kapparis and Zorbas bakery is an absolute must. Overall the villa had everything we needed and we would recommend.

Wedding villa

We had a fabulous 2 week stay for our wedding. The only criticism is there is a karaoke bar that kept us awake until 2 am every night. I’m sure they are supposed to close their doors at 12. Nico was a great host & even brought us Lamb Kleftiko one night

Great Villa

We had a great time at Mickey 3 Villa. You couldn't ask for better. Great location and close to everything. The villa is well maintained and has everything you could need. Nicos was a wonderful host and his communication from start to finish was first class. His kleftico meal he brought us on the Saturday was excellent 👌 Thank you Nicos, we hope to return again.

Lovely Villa home from home, Nikos the own was fab , and nothing was to much for him,when we had a few enquiries. The car was a great added bonus, and fab to get to some off the beaten beaches and villages. Will definitely return.

Half term break

Lovely Villa, in an excellent location. Great communication with Nikos before and throughout stay, car was an added bonus to explore the island. Villa was good size for family of 4 and walkable distance to good restaurants, evening entertainment and beaches.

Great place, great host, Nicos arranged transfers, supplies a car, stocks the fridge, checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need. Even dropped over on the Saturday to give us a lamb kleftiko to pop in the oven, all prepped and ready to cook. And in 20 years of travelling to Greece and Cyprus Nissiotis restaurant 100 metres away has the best steak and Kleftiko we have ever tasted

Had a lovely stay at this villa. Agree with everything previously said in reviews. Nikos is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Communication excellent. Would recommend to anyone and will be definitely be returning ourselves.

Fantastic Family Villa

We have stayed in many villas in Protaras/Pernera, and this one was perfect for us. Great location, well equipped and a real home from home. Nikkos was an amazing host who made sure we had everything we needed and nothing felt like too much hassle. He even delivered us a home cooked traditional Cyprus dish which went down a hit with my husband. Having the car was a massive bonus. We would definitely book again.

Nice villa in a great location,,15 minute stroll to protarus up the coastal path ,,nikos made sure we had everything in place for our arrival including a taxi transfer and a nice touch with water ham cheese bacon t bags left for us,,and then he took us back to the airport after the two weeks….the villas got everything needed including a safe…

Outstanding

The Villa was specious and well equipped for family of four. Only 45 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport. Placed in a lovely town of Pernera, just a short stroll from the sea. Not far from Ayia Napa, sandy beaches of Protaras, pristine waters of Cape Greco and for those bit more adventurous - Ghost Town of Famagusta (currently occupied by Turkish). Although not required in April, AC was available. Swimming pool a good add-on for water hungry kids or adults who just wanted to cool down. Satelite TV with access to ALL foreign channels, was a nice surprise too. That all being said, our host Nicos, was of great help throughout the process. From providing detailed information prior to our inbound journey, by filling up the fridge essentials for us, knowing our late arrival, by occasionally checking with us if anything else we may require. And for that - we thank you kindly Nicos, would be very happy to visit you again or recommend your villa to our family and friends.

Fabulous holiday

Lovely stay at Nikos’s villa. Super welcome package with beer coke tea coffee milk water bacon eggs ham bread and butter . Nikos was a perfect host collecting us from the airport and arranging a taxi to take us back.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pernera

Nikos, our host, collected us from the airport for a small fee and made sure we were comfortable in our villa. He was always available for information and even brought us some fresh fruit from his garden in the middle of our stay. The town was very quiet during the Christmas break, but that was exactly what we were looking for. The car that was provided with the villa was capable and very useful. Cyprus is a lovely Island and the people are delightful. I can highly recommend it.

Space, clean, welcoming, modern property 2 bed house with pool.

Owner collected from airport, arrived to essentials package in fridge after flight delays. Owner called during stay, no issues, or problems. Area interesting and exploring the area was easy in provided car. Area was not busy over the festive season so a quiet stay was enjoyed.
