Dette dejlige sted er meget tæt på landsbyerne, så al underholdning og butikker ligger inden for 10 minutters kørsel. Men du er stadig i et afsondret område på en 5 hektar stor del.
Alle de store attraktioner (Disney, Universal osv.) Ligger inden for en times kørsel. Samme for outlet butikkerne.
Piloter! Flyv til dit eget feriested, da denne Airbnb har sit eget græsbane på 3200 ft. Bind ned gratis.
Der kan arrangeres for ikke-piloter at nyde flyvefriheden.
Eller bare hoppe i poolen og slappe af.

Landsbyerne er lige rundt om hjørnet. Så vi har alle butikker og restauranter i nærheden. Men når du er på ejendommen føles det som om du er i midten af intetsteds! Det er en 5 hektar stor del af en større 80 hektar stor del med en græslandingsstrimmel. På vores 5 mål store del er to huse.

Quiet vacation

Nice and quiet area. House was clean. Manager very friendly but also we had our privacy. Answered any questions we had even recommended a good place for dinner.

Cozy place

We had a nice time exploring the area. Weather was a bit cool but nice dirt road to go see the farm animals! Pool was lovely also. Thanks so much!

Restful cottage.

Loved the pool. My landlord and his wife were so great. I was there a month and enjoyed every minute. Never a problem he couldn’t solve in a minute. My little space was comfortable and easy to keep clean. Just outside the Villages where there is lots to do. You could hardly throw a stone without hitting a church or grocery store. I had my dog who love it too.

Great location

Home was in a very quiet area, but close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet rural property

Very disappointed. House needs to be updated. No mention in the posting of a $15 per day charge to heat their pool which they also use. No mention that pets (we had 2 dogs) could not be on the furniture. The property is connected to the owners house & you need permission to use washer/dryer but it was not a problem. Very uncomfortable living so close to the owner. Very quiet area.

Wonderful VRBO

Caesar was a wonderful and caring host. My fiancé and I had a great time while we searched for our new home. The pool was amazing, the scenery spectacular and the home clean and cozy. We highly recommend Caesar and his home - you’ll have the best time. :)

Caesar is a kind and accommodating host. His little slice of heaven is what we needed. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of his 5 acre property….away from the hustle and bustle.

Spring Training Cottage Stay

The cottage was nice, quiet and quaint with all necessary amenities. Caesar was wonderful about communicating with me, even helping to make sure I got to the property on night 1…calling me from Amsterdam! Absolutely amazing time!

Cute place with Open Space

Our stay was very nice for our needs. We have relatives in The Villages so this worked out perfect. So nice & quiet and my little dog loved it. Caesar was not on the property, but kept in contact and was a great host from afar! Thanks again, would recommend!

Great location

It’s a beautiful private piece of property. The cottage has everything you need Cesar was a gracious helpful host. It was great having the pool to ourselves, and our little dog loved being free.

Country retreat

This property was just as described. Quaint and in the country, yet close to everything The Villages has to offer. Caesar is a wonderful host. Very communicative which we appreciated.

Nice location, gracious host

The location is slightly out of the way but not very far from town, if you enjoy your privacy this is a good spot for you. The pool is nice and the property was well kept. Would recommend a stay here.

Cozy cottage!

We stayed at the cottage February and March 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is cozy and so peaceful. We loved periodically watching planes take off and land on the airstrip in the back yard. Ceasar and Ellen were great and have provided anything you would ever need during your stay. The pool was fabulous as well!!! We also enjoyed watching sand hill cranes, those little lizards and the neighbor’s cat!!! Great place to stay!!!

Wonderful place! Especially if you need to get a place close to the villages!!

Thank you so much for such a lovely spot to enjoy while visiting family. We were able to spread out a bit in the covid year but being outside screened in made it a great choice! Perfect location

The Cottage was a great location from the Gulf, the Atlantic, and Disney World. There are great local restaurants. The Cottage was clean, comfortable, and a great space for us and our fur babies. The pool was great too.

Exceptional property.

Caesar was a great host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He bonded well with my German Shepherd dog, and they became good friends. We had a great time. I rated location a 4, you will have to drive at least 10 miles to a water body or a park, depending on what you like to do or want to see. Close to the villages, but I don’t golf. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Caro Ranch stay

We used this pretty much as a sleeping base, which worked well. It was convenient to stores in Lady Lake, and near the villages. The bed was very good, couch and chairs a bit soft for us, but probably fine for younger folks The area was quiet, a relief after the hurry around Orlando

Neat little cottage on an airstrip. Had hoped to see more activity on the airstrip, but it was a slow week for flying, I guess.

This property is unique because you have total privacy and it will give you the idea you are in a secluded area but you are just 5 minutes away from the Villages.
If you want to stay away from everything and everybody (COVID wise) this is your place, Wallmart will deliver your groceries.
If you want to join the entertainment of for instance the Villages, restaurants, shops, etc are just a 5 minutes drive away. Leesburg is just a 15 minutes drive.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Wildlife, space, entertainment, airplane accessible, 3200 ft grass runway.
