Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear the home had everything you needed and that you and your family enjoyed spending time together. The deck is one of our favorite features as well, and we're so glad you were able to take in the beautiful views during your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you and your family back to Santa Fe again soon!

Thank you for your review, and we're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if they encounter any maintenance or housekeeping concerns, as we're happy to address them as quickly as possible to ensure they have the best possible experience. Following your comments, we reviewed the items you mentioned, including the hot tub, exterior lighting, deck, and HVAC, and addressed those that required attention. The light switch configuration in one of the bedrooms is original to the home and can be a little unique, but we understand it may not be intuitive for every guest. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing feedback that helps us continue to improve both the home and the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Hi Cleve. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the home's location, well-stocked kitchen, and cleanliness. It was our pleasure to assist during your stay, and we truly appreciate your patience while we addressed the hot tub and heat pump. We always want our guests to be comfortable and are happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kind words and for recognizing my responsiveness. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would absolutely love to welcome you back to Santa Fe whenever your travels bring you this way again!

Thank you Richard for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the home. We're sorry to learn that the temperature wasn't as comfortable as you would have liked. We always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if anything isn't meeting their expectations, as we're happy to troubleshoot or address concerns whenever possible. Guest comfort is very important to us. Regarding the complimentary refreshments, we don't advertise or charge for a welcome basket. The bottled water, tea, and snacks are simply a small courtesy we leave for arriving guests after their travels. While we're sorry they didn't meet your expectations, they are intended as a thoughtful gesture rather than an advertised amenity. As for the views, we understand that everyone has their own perspective and preferences. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Hi there and thank you for the great review. So happy that you enjoyed your time in our home and hope to host you again next time you are in Santa Fe.
