Lacy, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the location discrepancy. Upon review, we discovered that the address was mistakenly listed as XXX Main Street instead of XXX Main Road. We understand how frustrating this must have been and have already taken the necessary steps to correct this honest mistake and to ensure our listings are accurate moving forward. Additionally, we regret that the cleanliness of the property did not meet your expectations. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have addressed your concerns with our cleaning team to prevent such issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we appreciate your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances. Warm regards, Destiny Rentals

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the issues you encountered with the furniture, lighting, and TVs. I’m glad Destiny was able to resolve the TV issue, and we’ll work on improving these areas. We’re also addressing the cleanliness concerns with our team to ensure higher standards moving forward. Regarding Fox News, it’s not currently included in our package, but we’ll consider your suggestion. We appreciate your input and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
