Stunning home with views to die for!

Had a wonderful week long stay at this stunning property! Direct waterfront on the intracoastal was great for enjoying the sun/pool while watching the boats go by! Everything you could possibly need was provided-home was clean and communication was great! Neighborhood was safe and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our days and nights in the pool overlooking the water. Convenient to everything, golf cart was perfect. Michael was a great host. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

Family Fla trip

We were with our kids and grandkids vacationing for a week. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. And the location is fantastic for walking down to all the restaurants. We had a great week.

Christmas Vacation

House and location were great. Plenty of information for restaurants and stores. I should have looked more into the golf carts, because I would have rented one instead of renting a car.

Location and Water View

We had an amazing time in Lauderdale by the Sea and in this home. It had everything we needed and the owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The location was amazing, with walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Sitting by the pool watching the boats go by was a highlight. Beds were very comfortable and we would stay here again.

Great stay!

House was clean and well equipped. We loved walking to the beach and nearby restaurants, and swimming in the pool. Enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the intercoastal. Property manager was terrific and very quick to respond and help out when a few minor issues arose.

Beautiful Home on The Intercoastal

The property was wonderful, full of amenities and bright sunshine. Convenient to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. It was very relaxing watching the boats go by all day while we enjoyed the pool with our family. The owner answered any questions we had within minutes, gave great recommendations, and was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure. We will definitely stay at this house again when we travel to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful property. The house includes everything you need and a few things you didn’t even realize you needed. The property owner is simply amazing. Responds to texts really quickly, polite, kind and very welcoming. I really can’t think of anything to complain about... perfect stay!

Awesome location

Communication with Michael was first rate. We had a great vacation. Adult children loved the ease of using golf carts to get around. We had a boat pick us up from backyard (Greg +1 (585) 230-1150 his vessel was awesome as was captain Barry, tell him Tonya sent you!) Backyard was relaxing loved the boats passing. Don’t hesitate to book this property. Be sure also to dine at Cubanos by Mario Mario is a character and his food is out of this world. Also hit Casa Sensei another not to miss!

Great Experience

This property comes exactly as advertised. Fantastic modern home with backyard pool/hot tub and waterfront. Michael is extremely responsive and flexible. Golf cart is a must for travelling to the beach and local shops. The hot tub and pool heater is controlled remotely -- just communicate with Michael and he will promptly adjust to your liking. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we expect to be back again soon.

Excellent home and location, highly recommend!

My family and I (my parents and two teens) just spent the April school vacation at this amazing home. It is all it claims to be. The home itself is open air layout, comfortable and immaculate. It’s right on the Intracoastal waterway with a gorgeous pool, hot tub and multiple seating area. We spent every morning and evening just watching the boats go by. Never got old. It’s close by the drawbridge so you really get a great view of everything that comes by the house. The location, as others have said, is really ideal - near beach, shops and restaurants. Even easier with golf cart you can rent. We did several great day trips but at night just couldn’t get the kids out of the hot tub! Owner was very responsive, and beds were so comfortable. One very pleasant surprise was the never ending wonderful coastal breeze. Just love this area of Florida. And to cap off our stay, 3 dolphins passed by to say hello!! It’s a lovely setting and home. So happy we rented it. You won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to go back someday.

If you love the sounds of construction, this place is for you

The house is between two active construction sites. Unfortunately, we were never told this when we rented the home. The pounding, sawing, blowing construction dust and the sounds of two homes being built, was awful. We left our home to get away from our own kitchen construction and to have some peace, but that was impossible. Ridiculous that the construction was not disclosed to us, so we could have chosen another rental. The owner “tried” to help us out, but to no avail. I asked for our money back so we could rent another home from VRBO, the owner told me he couldn’t do that because he would lose money. I feel ripped off after spending close to 9,000.00 for one week.

Michelle and her group were very disrespectful guests. There is always construction going on in South Florida, our neighbors down the road have been intermittently doing construction for months. We do disclose that South Florida always has construction going on. But, we have never had a noise complaint and we are also not aware of our neighbors work schedule as it has come and gone for months. You also cannot see or hear anything from the backyard. Upon Michelle's arrival we gave her and her group an early check in, accommodating her from the start. She notified us of the complaints mid way through the stay. Once we were notified, we offered to move Michelle and her group to another one of our waterfront homes a few blocks away. We had the new house re-cleaned and let her go walk through the home, she refused to move. Michelle and her group also left the home dirty and unkept. She also kept the hose on for an entire day which overflowed and flooded the pool. We did our best to accommodate her and ensure she had a pleasant stay, as we do for all of our guests. Unfortunately we can't control what the neighbors do with their properties. All of our other reviews are 5 stars and we pride ourselves on our hospitality for our guests and we will go above and beyond to ensure our guests are happy. Sadly, some people will always try to knit pick and find issues when there are none to receive a refund.

5 Star stay with small town feel.

Totally enjoyed our stay (5 adults) at this VRBO location. Very close to all restaurants, bars ,the beach, supermarkets and right on the intracoastal waterway. Also safe to walk late at night back from bars and restaurants. The place did not disappoint with everything from property manager quick response to all questions to amenities to cleanliness and location to everything. Great job Michael! Thanks Again...

Beautiful Home

It was a beautiful home, the home owner was very sweet. However during check out the cleaning people said being that there was a stain on a towel they would report that and we would be charged. Thought that was ridiculous being that when I walked in I could immediately tell the floors were not mopped. However I didn’t complain. We then went to put the blinds up and it fell right on us. Also, the pool area was not organized there were float toys everywhere. Very disappointed in the cleanliness aspect. Don’t think I would go back because of that.

All of our reviews rave about the cleanliness , and after corresponding with you upon your arrival, you told me that everything was perfect for your stay. If you were unhappy about anything , we would have addressed it for you immediately, as we want everything perfect for our guests. We understand a towel can be stained and do not expect our guests to leave things perfectly. However the noise complaints from neighbors , excessive number of guests staying hours after check out so our cleaning crew had to start picking up trash and torn towels from the pool are legitimate complaints we had to make you aware of after your stay
