The Space:

There's also a media room with a king-sized sofa sleeper and an ensuite bathroom, plus a powder room on the ground floor for guests. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and no more than 4 visiting guest at one time, this home is ideal for families and groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking. Start your day with coffee on the spacious outdoor balcony off the primary bedroom, enjoying the ocean breeze. Entry Requirements: Your keyless entry door code will not be activated until the required Check-In Form is completed in full. Please ensure a valid email address and phone number are attached to your reservation to receive entry instructions promptly.



Guest Age & Occupancy Requirements

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.



Child Policy: Due to liability considerations associated with the waterfront and pool, children under 12 years old are not permitted on the premises. Guests aged 12 and older (including visitors) must remain under continuous adult supervision at all times.



Parking Regulations

- Parking is strictly limited to a maximum of two (2) vehicles in the driveway.

- Parking additional vehicles violates local city ordinances and will result in municipal fines.

- Guests assume full financial responsibility for any parking fines or penalties incurred during their stay.



Prohibited Activities & Substance Policies



Parties & Events: Unauthorized events, gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited. Hosting an unapproved event without prior written consent from the property owner will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.



Smoking & Illegal Substances: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of marijuana or any illegal substances on the property is strictly forbidden unless valid, legal documentation is provided prior to arrival. Evidence of unauthorized substance use will incur mandatory extra cleaning fees of $500, assessed at housekeeping's discretion.



Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited. Guests traveling with accredited service animals are required to notify management in advance of arrival.



Property Care & Housekeeping



Furniture Placement: Please refrain from moving the furniture. If any furnishings are rearranged, they must be returned to their original positions prior to departure. A charge of up to $150 will be assessed if housekeeping is required to reset the furniture layout.



Safety & Security

Ground-level exterior security cameras are active and monitor the front entryway and the canal side of the property for guest safety and property security.
