Velkommen til 3426 Villamare. De nye ejere har lagt meget tid på at sikre, at du har det allerbedste i overnatningsmuligheder for din Hilton Head Island ferie. Et helt nyt køkken med rustfrit stål apparater, granit bordplader og nyt kabinet fyldt med alle faciliteter, du kan forestille dig i et køkken. Alle nye himmelske komfort senge vil gøre dit ophold endnu mere afslappende og foryngende! Nye sort ud gardiner, så du kan sove i! En helt ny sovesofa, trægulve og meget mere! Du vil være meget tilfreds med dine boliger på 3426 Villamare.

Villamare har en opvarmet (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1) havfront pool, boblebad og barnevogn samt en indendørs opvarmet pool (det eneste kompleks i PD til at tilbyde denne funktion), hot karbad og KOMPLETE FITNESS CENTER (16 og ældre) åbent året rundt. Centret tilbyder løbebånd, elliptiske maskiner, cykler, frie vægte og styrketræningskredsløb. Også fra 2019 er der et opdateret grillområde (nær poolen) med 4 nye propangriller til din brug. Villaamare ligger i hjertet af Palmetto Dunes Resort, hvor alt som General Store, Professional Tennis Center og 2 golfklubber er alle inden for gåafstand.

Palmetto Dunes består af 3 golfbaner, 3 miles af smuk strand ejendom, cykelstier, en marina med butikker og restauranter, en gratis feriested til at tage dig, hvor du vil hen. Der er også den helt nye Shelter Cove Towne Center med alle typer butikker, restauranter, en stor købmand og en lineær park, hvor de holder mange festivaler hele året.

Exactly as advertised. Very nice condo. Pool is nice and beach is awesome. Only improvement opportunity is the elevator broke down in middle of our stay but they got it fixed within a day. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything and More

The villa was clean, bright, and conveniently located to the beach, pool, and anywhere we wanted to shop or eat. Exceptionally good communication between the property managers and renters before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and all questions clearly answered. Would 100% stay here again!

Great beach front condo. So convenient to the beach, pool, restaurants, Shelter Cove. Beds are comfy. Nice shower. Well appointed kitchen. Great for entire family. We had ages 14 to 82.

Perfect

Any complaints about bathrooms and porch furniture are dated as all have been updated and redone. This place is perfect, great view and private location. Clean. Love Villamare and choose this location in Palmetto Dunes for convenience. Beaches were not crowded like at the commercial properties as areas reopen. Will stay here again.

Great location - convenient to the beach and to the tennis pickleball center Everything was as expected except for two things: The TV's were hard to operate, the remotes didn't work that well. As a result we barely watched any TV The freezer door would not close tight unless we pushed it closed because it was slightly misalligned in its alcove

Turn it on!

We love this location and facilities ....walking to beach is wonderful. We have rented in Villa Mare before and were not disappointed however, this condo was a disappointment. Upon arrival we discovered that the water had not been used in a very long time . ...this caused a sulphur backup and a sickening smell when we tried to use facilities. Plumber was brought in and problem solved quickly but this situation should not exist in a rental that is supposedly cleaned prior to arrival!!! Also would mention that kitchen table and chairs appear unstable....dining there was a challenge with table top rocking continuously if you happened to rest on it!! Also would like to mention that every condo should have a small desk. Internet service was great but working on the kitchen counter is not the best situation! I will be looking next for Villa Mare condo that offers a desk and/or writing area!!! Adah Nicklin

Great location and spacious!

My mother, my father and myself stayed in this lovely condo for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, but do have a few suggestions, as far as furnishings and "ambiance" are concerned. First, I felt that the front door (out onto the main hallway) should have a blind or some privacy curtain; we could actually see people walking past and vice versa. Second, the kitchen had nice furnishings; lots of cooking utensils and nice pans. However, dinnerware was sparse. Not enough dishes to put in the dishwasher and then have another meal before running the dishwasher. Finally, I didn't actually count, but there was at least 7 remotes for the TV. We did find 3 that we needed to use TV; the actual TV remote, a cable box remote, and a ROKU remote. No concise instructions on how to work them. TV's in every room, and they are all different brands with several remotes. This a very nice and comfortable place to stay and the communication between the condo rental company was excellent. There was a nice view of the ocean from the primary bedroom and the pool facilities were absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend taking pictures of the condo on your first day as there are some areas that are worn out or damaged. That way you don't run the risk of being charged for damage you didn't cause. Great Condo in Villamare

Our recent stay at the condo was perfect. We love this location and have stayed at Villamare for the past 6 years for Spring Break. We love the beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and our condo had everything we needed with lovely decor. It was nicely renovated and very clean. We love access to everything located in Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes right down from the condo and rode everywhere as a family. This was a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break and we will definitely be back to stay at this condo.

Perfect family apartment

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Villamare. Very nice pool and close to the beach. We liked the amenities at the Shelter Cove center nearby too.

Not as advertised

The condo is in dire need of a “deep cleaning”. It is newly updated inside which would be nice if the cleanliness had been maintained. We had to wipe down all the surfaces and "sanitize" it ourselves, despite the condo being listed as such. Also, dog hair was all over the floor and furniture. The property is advertised as a non-pet property, but clearly a pet had been in there. If someone has an allergy to dogs, I would avoid this property 100%. The property managers did provide quick communication and offered to send housekeeping back the next day, but we had already cleaned up on our own (as another reviewer also commented) and frankly we did not trust the abilities of housekeeping at that point. The location of the property is very close to the beach which is a plus and the property has potential to be great, but currently the execution is not there. Overall, disappointed in the advertising of this property and would not stay there again.

The condo wasn’t super clean as advertised. Luckily we brought some Lysol wipes. The patio furniture was uncomfortable due to some broken pieces. The gym was closed, guessing due to Covid. The property was nice and in a great location. Pool was nice and clean and near the pathway to the beach which was convenient.

Melinda we sure wish you had let us know you weren't happy with the villa when you checked in as we would have had the cleaners come back. Next time please contact us at anytime with issues as we are here to make your stay the best it can be!

Great vacation spot

The place was very clean and we loved the location. The only thing we did not like was no window covering on the front door window. With my daughter sleeping on the living room pullout bed we had to try and hang a towel over the window and noticed others must have tried to as well. That’s my only feedback...but we really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful

This was a great rental! We loved the size and especially the cleanliness.. did see one bug but overall, very pleased!

2020 Summer Getaway

The family enjoyed this condo very much. We took advantage of the fact that the condo is just a few steps from the beach, a bike rental shop, and a number of other locales. We also enjoyed the privacy this condo offers as it is located in a part of the complex which isn't heavily frequented by passerby. The views of the ocean were also great. Overall a really good stay!

Awesome get away!!

We had an amazing time at this property. It is right on the beach! The pool was very big and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The condo was perfect in size for a family of 6. We will be back next year!
