Renoveringer til ydersiden af Grand Tower gennemføres dette efterår. Ring til kontoret for detaljer. Dette nyrenoverede, 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, delvis nordlige Gulf View Condo ligger på 7. sal i vores Grande Tower Building. På grund af dens placering er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide kvartsstrand! Udsigten over Mexicogolfen fra denne lejlighed er ideel til at se aften solnedgange! Vores to soveværelses enheder sover max 6 personer for at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code. Det store soveværelse er møbleret med 1 kingsize-seng, og gæst soveværelset har to queensize-senge, begge soveværelser har et 32 "fladskærms-tv med HD-tv-service. Det store badeværelse har et praktisk badekar / brusekombination, og gæstebadeværelset har en smuk walk-in bruser. Stuen er udstyret med et 43 "fladskærms-tv med HD-tv-service til din nydelse. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med apparater i rustfrit stål, bordplader af granit og leveres med de nødvendige ting, du har brug for til gryder / gryder, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister og standard kaffemaskine. Denne lejlighed er nyligt flisebelagt i hele enheden. Den lukkede gårdhave med skydevinduer giver den mest spektakulære udsigt over nattelysens bylys. Poolen på stranden vist på billedet er ikke en del af vores ejendom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Office staff was very helpful as well as onsite maintenance and security staff. Location was outstanding, beach was beautiful. Our kids loved it, as did we. Only criticism was the smell of our room when we arrived. He reeked of urine. We could not tell where it was coming from. The flooring was pretty rough in areas and it seemed to emanate from the flooring in all rooms. We purchased some air fresheners and soaked the place with Febreze. That helped. We contemplated asking for a different room, but it did improve after 24 hours. I wonder if the room hadn't been opened up in a while.

Great condo and excellent staff

Enjoyed our last minute reservation! Staff was extremely helpful and so easy to interact with. Condo could use a few cosmetic updates but perfect for a family of 5 and right on the beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve visited and stayed in the towers a few times, however this was our first stay in 075. We love the location, as it’s ideal for the beach. The condo itself was just ok. We appreciated the upgrades to the flooring and the beds were comfortable (with the exception of the literal paper thin pillows). Other parts just felt very used and not the quality we’d expect for the price. Two majors were the curtains in the bedrooms were sheer and didn’t even cover the full windows (woke up with the sun everyday), and the second was the rug in the living room. It was so dirty and stained it felt gross to even be near. For the price, I would hope the condo was higher quality. It could be perfect with some replacements and deep cleaning.

Nice Location

Great beach and very friendly staff. Large unit with good amenities. Only complaints are that the lanai faces the parking lot with no view and you can barely see the ocean. The photos were a little deceiving. Thought we were getting ocean front.

Wonderful condo on a beautiful beach

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is clean and has lots of natural light. You can see parts of the beach from the condo. We loved being just steps away from the beautiful beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. Close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

a beautiful place

I loved this place. The apartment is very nice and clean and the beach is just two steps from the building. My family enjoyed the place for its beauty, safety and the friendliness of its staff

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 condos rented for 14 family members. Very happy with condos. I’m good shape with ample kitchen supplies. Our only complaint was location. There were no restaurants within walking distance from the condo. We stayed in the Tower so to go to the hot tub across the street was quite a walk back & forth. It also would have been nice to have a public bathroom by the beach so you didn’t have to go back to the condo if needed to use.

Awesome location!

Great location on a beautiful private beach. The employees do an awesome job setting you up with chairs in the beach every morning. Easy and quick drive to downtown. Kitchen is really well stocked! Area rugs could use cleaning and comforters on beds are a little run down. Overall, a great property in Siesta Key :)

Not the experience we had hoped for and no apology

There was no carpet, nails on the floor in the hallways, loud noises starting early in the morning. One day, they out carpet down without telling us. We were locked out of our room for over an hour without any notice.

The unit does have a Keurig, although it’s not posted in the description. Loved the view but we were disappointed that the windows with the view were inoperable. It would have been wonderful to hear the waves while sitting in the living and dining room. Great security on a private beach.

Great location but fell short.....

The shower in the master was very difficult to turn on. The tv remote in the living wasn’t working properly. Otherwise than that the place is amazing! If those things get fixed it would of been amazing! I would definitely come back but not to that unit if problem isn’t resolved. The Palm Bay Property is amazing and amazing service.

Summer Family Vaycay

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. The condo was just as described and was comfortable for our family of 6. The view was amazing. Our kids enjoyed the board games and had quite a serious game of Monopoly going!! The extra beach umbrella was a plus. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything we needed if we did. We only had a few minor issues. The AC wasn't working properly when we arrived but Maintenance was quick to arrive and resolve the problem. There were 2 different coffee pots but both were missing parts so they couldn't be used. I bought a cheap one at Walgreens. Not a big deal. Things to note: there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms; the pool on the property is in the front of the complex by the main office, not on the beachside; parking availability isn't the best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
