This home is one of our more budget-friendly accommodations, and we work to represent its style, furnishings, layout, and proximity to neighboring homes as accurately as possible through the listing photos and description. We understand that preferences regarding décor, mattress comfort, and even walking distance can vary from guest to guest, and we’re sorry this property was not the right fit for your stay. That said, we appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention, particularly regarding the exterior areas, door lock, kitchen items, and areas showing wear. Those are items we take seriously and will continue addressing with the property owner and our maintenance team. We also appreciate the clarification regarding the laundry payment system so that information can be reviewed for accuracy. We recognize that every guest has different priorities when choosing a vacation rental, and we’re sorry this home did not provide the experience you were hoping for.
