A cabin with enough space as well as being cozy and comfortable is the perfect one for vacations. We apologize you encountered an uneasiness with bedsheets as they were not cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the city of Big Bear Lake does not pick up trash from vacation rentals, due to the trash possibly sitting out for days, being accessible to some of the critters we have up here. We do notify this upon check-in when accepting the terms and agreements, arrival instructions, and in the home. Inconvenience Highly Regretted, Destination Big Bear
