We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen inventory and the bathrooms, and we will share your feedback with the homeowner as we continue evaluating opportunities for updates and improvements. Regarding the beach setup, while complimentary beach service is not included with this rental, the condo does provide two lightweight beach chairs for guests to carry to the beach if they prefer not to rent chairs and an umbrella from the on-site beach vendor.
