Ocean Harbor Apartment

This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house has a great location. In town just one street behind Main Street. It's a 4 minute walk to the footbridge, restaurants, shops, kayak /paddle board rentals and whale watching /sunset cruises.
2 queen size bed and bunk beds. Spacious living/dinning area with a 65 inch smart TV. A galley style kitchen fully equipped including a dishwasher and eat in breakfast nook. A connected adult suite with own kitchen. Large Patio with double entry and Grill. Laundry room. This newly renovated property is Located behind the Opera House in the heart of downtown Boothbay Harbor. This Roomy rental has a large barn door connecting a spacious 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath to a 1 bed 1 bath on Suite with own entrance and living/kitchen space. Insuring lots of Privacy for the perfect large group or Family stay. This unique home has to ability to be used as two separate living spaces or opened up into one. A large patio with 2 french door entrances. Free Parking for 2 vehicles. AC, laundry room, wifi, dishwasher and outdoor flat top grill. There are outdoor Staircases (so please look at the photo's prior to booking). No Stairs inside. Sleeps 6, Plus a couch. Last years reviews where prior to adding the on suite and remodel. All carpet has been removed and new flooring has been installed. Everything to do is within walking distance. We rent by the week, Sunday to Sunday. The prefect place for a relaxing stay!

Everything was in great condition, it was warmly heated and welcomed after a long drive to get there. We were able to quickly settle in with two young boys. Everything was working and we had no issues. A very comfortable stay and so close to everything we walked to all the activities for the weekend.

We had a wonderful time at your apartment. The kitchen was modern and lovely, stocked with everything we needed. It ‘s location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which we enjoyed. The check-in process and check-out was super easy also!

Wonderful Visit!

Our second stay at their property, first time in this apartment. LOVED it! Spacious, amenities were great, access to town was perfect for daily walks with my son. Kitchen was well stocked, it was clean and comfortable. Can’t thank you enough!
Bunk beds were a big hit!

Anniversary getaway

The apartment is roomy. And my wife and I enjoyed the space. The wifi was stable while doing some zoom meetings. The location to downtown and restaurants can be beat. Be prepared to climb some stairs and hills. A good way to burn some calories from all of the great dining choices. Hope to stay there again.

One queen bed and 2 bunk beds. (Top bunk very high up.) No 5th space to sleep; don’t understand why it is listed as a 5 person sleep situation.Very spacious and clean.Parking would be difficult if both units were rented as it is on a very steep edge with tight parking; ramp to unit was icy; 2nd day salt was applied and it was much better.

Great location

The place was lovely. Nice deck to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass wine in the evening. Wonderful accommodation with the bath and half bath. Very good kitchen setup. Nice big smart tv. All good and easy walj to harb

Kitchen was good-sized for a condo of this size, with a small table thoughtfully placed at the end of the room, separate from the more formal dining space. This was in the fall and it was surprisingly quiet at night, you'd never think you were so close to a street. Read the instructions carefully about parking/the walkway and how to lock the slider. Everything you need is in there, but you really do need to read it.

Great Getaway

Very comfortable stay close to downtown. Only reason for lower rating on posting-said sleeps 5-is that one of the beds is a higher than normal bunk bed. 60/70 year olds may have a hard time getting to the top.

Location is ideal! Apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only knock, is the parking is a bit tricky. Fortunately, you really don't need to drive anywhere! Walkable to everywhere in Boothbay. Short drives to other activities. Botanical Gardens 10 mins away! Ocean Drive a must see! Railroad Museum, more fun than we thought. A boat ride to Monhegan Island is not a day wasted! Check out Mt Battie, views are incredible! Enjoyed every day. It was like a postcard. Hope to be back next year! Thank you so much!

Boothbay Harbor Apartment on Oak Street

This apartment is very convenient to downtown Boothbay Harbor. You can walk to almost everything in the area. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment. That might be a deterent to someone who has difficulty managing a long flight of stairs. Taking the luggage up and down the stairs can be difficult. WE managed the stairs and enjoyed our stay.
