Perfect location

We enjoyed being right on the water and being so close to town. The restaurant bar next door was an added plus.

This place was perfect! After spending a few week in big cities, this apartment was exactly what we needed. Close walking to town, right on the ocean, clean and decorated perfectly. We did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back one day

Not really a two bedroom. Fine if you have young kids, but there is no privacy between the two bedrooms.

Wonderful spot on the beach!

This is a tiny perfect place with a fabulous location on the waterfront. Very clean and modern. The only caveats are that you must be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, and there are some privacy issues with the open concept and glass between the bedrooms and main bath. We were a couple traveling with a friend and it was quite manageable however. Would definitely recommend this place. A couple of lovely restaurants very nearby and you can't beat the beach.

Great Place to Stay With Family!

We loved this place. Having La Perla next door was great! We all really enjoyed the clear waters and watching the fish under the water. Beach access is amazing. Rooftop patio was great for hanging out at night. La Perla nextdoor was amazing for grabbing a quick drink, coffee, and snack. The place is really quiet for the most part. Around 4:30pm, the area starts to shut down and becomes very quiet, very private. Really can't do wrong with the location. Picked the place because of AC and location. Location was great, the AC I either didn't understand or didn't work well. But, there was a fan and for us, the fan help circulate air. Place was very comfy. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

I am very sorry for the review THE arrangement of the beds is specified in the advert and also in the photographs. To be an apartment on the seafront, it is inevitable to have to go down some steps as ours is a coastal area and not flat So to be on the sea you have to go down from the street level Also for the parking it is specified in the advert that it is extra, the responsibility of the Lido, Agreement with the structure, and paid.

BELLISSIMA POSIZIONE

Steps from the water

The property was clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. We loved the very modern design. There are restaurants and shops a short walk from the villa. There are a ton of steps down to the property and lots of uphill walking to and from the village. The location would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. However, if you can handle the steps, this is a perfect spot to spend some quiet time enjoying the beautiful scenery! Water shoes are a must if you want to enjoy the beach/ocean. Linda and Maria (the housekeeper) were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive!

Seaside cottage

Location location location directly on the beach in Nerano wonderful restaurant bar directly next door. Interior is modern design you will get to know your friends and family very well in the hallway located clear shower. The floor to the upstairs bedroom is also clear we solved that problem by putting a blanket down on the floor and delegating shower times completely worth it for the fabulous location took water taxis to nearby restaurants and shopping. You must be able to walk down eight flights of stairs to reach the unit. Once you are down those stairs however you do not need to walk back up them until you leave.Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Ocean front casita

The Kaseeta was beautiful and the views were amazing the ocean was a few steps away It was very comfortable and clean had two bathrooms The kitchen had everything we needed It was a close distance to drive to Positano It was very beautiful and we loved it There are about 90 stairs to walk down to the casita on the water It would not work for a disabled person at all Even left some of our luggage in the car Parking was another €10 for each day that we were there It was still priceless I loved it and if I went back to that area that would be the place I would want to be Thank you so much Lynda for sharing your home Bob and Sue San Diego California

Amazing view!

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful. Gelsomina made sure that we had everything we needed and was readily available to contact with questions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Convenient to walk to restaurants and tous/activities. The apartment was difficult to find...our GPS took us right there but it would have been helpful to have detailed directions/description on how to get to the apartment once we arrived at the address. After Gelsomina helped us find it, the rest of the stay was wonderful!

Alloggio particolare, unico e indimenticabile.

Perfect Place

Had a great stay and loved absolutely everything! Step out the door of this cozy little house and there's the crystal clear waters of the spectacular Mediterranean sea, the most beautiful sunset views and fresh sea air. The house has all the modern comforts you can desire and it's spotlessly clean. It' has been built recently with such unique architecture and the location is perfect to just relax or to rent a boat and visit the nearby attractions like Positano, Amalfi and Capri. Linda, the owner, is such a lovely person and so willing to satisfy any request. Highly recommended - the most amazing and unforgettable experience ever.

Amazing experience in "Heaven"

Living in Manhattan, New York is not easy, especially after a super cold winter. A huge, chaotic city that never sleeps. If you are willing to relax in Nerano, this is the place to stay. Beautiful apartment literally on the water, amazing view, super comfortable, clean, with sophisticated furniture matching with Nerano style. Every single detail you can possibly ask is right there. I will never forget my morning breakfasts, surrounded by such paradise with the calmness that this place is offering. Be also ready to deal with great people. The owner of the apt, Mrs Linda is a very reliable woman, always available and a pleasure to get in touch with. She was able to satisfy every single requirement we had. Morevoer, she is a super nice person that is never a plus. I cannot wait to spend another summer in Nerano staying exactly in this amazing apartment.
