This property was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets in the evening, the stroll into town, lovely. The accessibility to the train absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this property highly.

View was outstanding and access to town was great. It would have been good to have clothes during rack. Kitchen was stocked. Communication was great. Very clean. It was great to have bbq and air conditioning.

The views from the bedroom and huge terrace were amazing. Communication with the owner was always fast and effective. This is a beautiful area, I highly recommend it. We were about a 13 min walk from the train station and the ride to Sorrento was about 14 minutes. The roads are busy but you soon find out where to cross.There is access to a beach within 10 minutes or so, although there are a lot of stairs. We loved sitting on the terrace having coffee in the morning and seeing the pretty lights at night.

Beautiful location, beautiful view. Vico Equense is a fine place for a vacation. It is not clogged with tourists and has several excellent restaurants that offer many genuine Sorentine dishes. The people are all very cordial. It is not necessary to speak Italian, but better if you do.

Incredible view with a 10 minute acess to downtown for great dinners and Gelato. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed.

The place is fantastic. Views are unbelievable. The access is a little difficult as there is a very steep driveway and steps. However, the house manager Giovanni was great. He helped with our luggage both on arrival and departure.

The views from this property were absolutely jawdropping. We loved our stay here - the rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything that you could want for cooking. It’s a 15 minute walk to the train station (there is a hill) and there are restaurants a few minutes walk away. Very private secure property. Two bathrooms - downstairs one has a tiny shower but given there are two bathrooms it’s not a problem. Highly recommend this place - drinking wine on the extraordinary terrace overlooking the bay is something special

My family and I had a great time at this location. Was great for walking in to town, to the beach, and to the train (15 mins). We really enjoyed the town and the house’s private courtyard; playing cards as a family and relaxing before exploring some more. This place was great.

Wonderful villa

We loved the Villa and the terrace- where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. The view was incredible and the house served all our needs!

This home is in a lovely neighborhood on the side of the hill over looking Marina di Seiano. The view is unparalleled and worth the walk up and down the hill from the main street. If we find ourselves in Vico Equense again, we would definitely stay at Villa Iole once more.

Beautiful views from balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had everything you needed. Great location and property owner was helpful and super responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing view!

The view was just as shown in the pictures. Excellent location! Comfortable house and loved the outside patio and the views. Quiet and peaceful. Very attentive host!

Our stay in Vico Equense was great. The property provided plenty of space for our party of 5 to spread out. The best feature of the space is the balcony - the sunsets were amazing. Sit down with a bottle of wine, some apertifs, and enjoy. Giuseppe was great to communicate with - very easy to contact via WhatsApp and always responsive.

Great view from the terrace and lots of room. Loved the lime and olive trees. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. A bit of climbing stairs but nothing too physical. Required some dish soap and cloths but that was about it. Highly recommend.

We were so disappointed that we couldn't stay as the first night we were there on of us fell and broke their patella. We stayed until we knew what hospital she was going to be taken to for surgery. A wonderful place

This is the most relaxing place I've stayed in for years. It's really homely and comfortable with everything you need to just relax. The views are spectacular, easy access to the town and routes to Sorrento, Positano etc. Really comfortably beds and furniture. Great communication throughout. I want to come back very soon.

Vico Equense vacation

Spacious villa with extraordinary views of harbor and sea. In an area less crowded then adjacent Amalfi coast towns. Many amenities present in Villa. Could use a slight refresh with more comfortable furniture, but what’s there is more than adequate.

Beautiful

This house has a beautiful view and lots of great space for a family. The house was clean. The parking is challenging (on a slope), so we ended up parking in an overnight lot for ease. It was easy to walk from our location to the town center.

A lovely house with great views

As others wrote this house is amazing: great views and terrace, nice snall garden, even with tabletennis and lemontree, and it is well equipped and has nice furniture. The owner answered to every question quickly. Also the city is beautiful. So I highly recommend this flat

Fabulous slice of Italian beach-side life

Loved this historic home with incredible views from the private terrace! Perfect if you really want to borrow someone’s family home complete with Doctor Zivago record, family photos, full kitchen, garden, ping pong table etc. Walk to many restaurants and shops or do n the stone stairs to the beach then take the bus back up the hill and enjoy the stunning sunset view! Perfect for those who want an authentic experience rather than a hotel ambiance.

Italian Getaway

Great stay at this villa in Vico Equense. Great communication with property owner. Check in process was very easy. Beautiful views from the outside balcony areas, overlooking the water. Villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. Short walk to town for groceries, restaurants, and other shops. About a 15 minute walk to train station to go to Sorrento or anywhere else you might want to go. We had a great stay here, would definitely recommend this villa.

Fabulous apartment!

Brilliant house with unforgettable views! Air conditioning very much appreciated as temps were mid 30s. Set in quiet park. We used public transport, both town centre and train station a 10 minute walk away. 15 minute easy train journey to Sorrento where ferries leave for Positano and Capri. Great base. Our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed it all as much as we did.
