Loftet lejligheden ligger på tredje og sidste sal uden elevator. Når du kommer ind, vil du blive ramt af den kreative brug af plads. De træbjælkelofter i hjørnet er hvid pudset. Lejligheden har en fremragende udsigt fra alle vinduer og er den perfekte base for dagsture i omgivelserne: Sorrento-halvøen, Amalfikysten, Pompeji, Herculaneum, Capri osv.
Det vigtigste opholdsstue har en lys rød sovesofa, komfortable moderne stole, fladskærms-tv med satellitkanaler og et spisebord. Ejendommen tilbyder aircondition, WiFi i hele lejligheden og gratis parkering. Stuen fører til den store private terrasse med bord og stole, liggestole og smuk panoramaudsigt over Sorrento-bugten, øerne Ischia og Procida. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til sell-catering. To soveværelser, det ene dobbelt, det andet med en køjeseng, der også kan bruges som en enkeltseng. To komplette badeværelser med bruser; vaskemaskine, strygejern og strygebræt, hårtørrer.

L'appartamento loft si trova al terzo ed ultimo piano senza ascensore. Entrando, sarai colpito dall'uso creativo dello spazio. Jeg soffitti en travi di legno ad angolo sono intonacati di bianco. L'appartamento har una visa eccellente da tutte le finestre ed è la base perfetta per gite di un giorno nei dintorni: Penisola Sorrentina, Costiera Amalfitana, Pompei, Ercolano, Capri, ecc.
La zona giorno principale presenta un divano-letto rosso brillante, comode sedie moderne, una tv-satellitter er en schermo piatto og un tavolo da pranzo. La struttura vanta aria condizionata, WiFi i tutto l'appartamento e parcheggio gratuito. Dal soggiorno si tiltræder alle 'ampia terrazza privata, con tavolo e sedie, lettini prendisole og pragtfuld viste panoramiche sul Golfo di Sorrento, sulle isole di Ischia e Procida. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per il sellf-catering. På grund af camere da letto, una matrimoniale, l'altra con letto a castello che può essere utilizzato anche come letto singolo. Jeg er skyldig bagni completi con doccia; lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli. Annamaria er et fantastisk appartamento, det er nødvendigt med en unik vacanza alla moda i questa bellissima parte del mondo.

We stayed only 3 nights in April and it was so awesome. The gardens on the property were so beautiful. You would need a car to make getting into town easier. The terrace was a lovely way to start the day and end the day. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay here in Sorrento. The condo had everything we needed along with a wonderful terrace and views. Check in with Maria was smooth and easy. We found having a vehicle in this area was helpful, but also used the bus and train (approx. 20 min walk). Definitely would stay here again.

Great place, great hostess!

This is a great appartment with a beautiful view! The hostess was great, explain the neighborhood and how to get around. She gave us the number of a taxi driver that also took care of are déplacements. This was the greatest vacations of all times!

Awesome spot with a beautiful patio and view

This place was exactly as described. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking Sorrento each evening. Good communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend but you need a vehicle and driving in Italy is challenging!

Beautiful Apartment with Fantastic Views

We were there for 10 days in Mid-July, the apartment is fantastic, really clean, everything works and the A/C is a god-send in the heat, plus the terrace is fabulous. Our host is excellent, full of all the information you need to explore the area. We loved it there and it is a fantastic base for exploring Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Capri, the Amalfi Coast etc, just wonderful and we look forward to returning one day in the near future

Wonderful Amalfi Coast visit

Staying in Piano Di Sorrento was a great choice for our first visit to the Amalfi Coast. The flat was very cute and very comfortable. We were able to book one night with a very well outfitted kitchen. It was quiet and not touristy but we could easily get to Sorrento and Positano was a short drive with no traffic this time of year. The food was amazing and the people were very welcoming. Especially our hosts thank you for a wonderful few days.

Celebrazione

Thank you for a wonderful home away from home to celebrate our daughters graduation as a nurse! We had a wonderful time in beautiful Sorrento and excursions to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Our hostess was efficient and helpful with prompt and timely communication. Highly recommend for an authentic neighborhood feel close to the train and bus yet tucked away from the city hustle and bustle.

Family un paradise

One word for our entire experience.. perfection! The view, the location (with a car), the loft was clean, spacious, and very accomodating. And more importantly, our host was fantastic! She helped us book a boat tour on the Amalfi coast after our initial booking was cancelled. Our entire trip was si nice. I recommand it and hope we'll come back some day.

Comfortable apartment with a lovely view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annamaria's place! The host made us feel very welcome. The terrace was amazing, and the rooms were quite and comfortable. The kitchen could be better equipped with spices and better pots and pans, but not a problem if you don't cook much. Note that the area is quite hilly and there are multiple flights of stairs to access the apartment (no elevator).

Lovely loft

The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is on the third floor with no elevator so be ready for a climb. Grazia was lovely and helped us with our luggage. She also gave us numbers for taxis, restaurants and shops nearby.

Great view

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The slanted ceilings were a bit hard to get used to and we banged our heads on the beams a few times but we learned our lesson after the first day.The apartment is clevely designed and no space is wasted. We Loved the view on the terrace and spent most of our time there. Communication with the host was seamleass. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful apartment

Wonderfully clean, comfortable apartment within easy reach of all the attractions of Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The host is friendly and helpful. You need to be fairly fit as it is on the third floor (no lift). We were pleased we had hired a car but equally pleased that it was a small one, as the driveway is very narrow and so are the roads. Piano di Sorrento train station is a 20-minute walk downhill. A beautiful place for a holiday.

Must have a car to stay here

We stayed in this neighborhood without a car and I highly suggest you don’t do this. It’s at the top of a very steep hill, a good walk from the train station. Otherwise we had great communication with the property owner and the views were beautiful. The only draw back is the distance and there are no good close restaurants. We did find a few cute local grocery shops near us with great products.

Perfect hill top spot

We absolutely loved this VRBO. The location was just what we were looking for; a spot that was above the busy, touristy Sorrento location which provided us a slice of culture and local vendors. Grazia, our greeter/agent was so incredibly accommodating and clear and helpful providing us with maps and local small groceries and how to get to the bigger town. I have honestly never had such a delightful experience. The top flat/penthouse was clean, comfy and spacious. The veranda, where we had breakfast and dinner, gave us a vast view of the Bay of Naples... and those sunsets! Two recommendations: have a car and have some legs because there are a few flights of stairs. Thank you very much for this stay. Cari

Wonderful, eclectic home next to a lemon orchard

This home is clean and comfortable with fantastic views and an amazing deck. The layout is a little funky with many stairs to climb to get to the unit and some very tight streets/gravel lane to drive down to get to the private parking area in the lemon grove. Maria, our agent that checked us in, was very friendly and wealth of knowledge. Wish there was an electric coffee maker, but used the old fashion one on the stove to make a cup at a time that was delicious with the coffee grounds and sugar provided. The home is in a little neighborhood up the hill with a few restaurants and a corner markets nearby. Short drive to Sorrento and great to be outside of town due to the crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Top floor apartment without elevator and narrow parking entrance

The location of the apartment is not the actual location. The guests will meet with the property manager at the listing location then follow to actual apartment. We had an OK stay but few things can be improved. There is no outdoor garden space to use except for a terrace. There is no coffee machine at the rental either. The hallway lights did it work in evening and remote will not turn on any external lights. The AC at the smaller bedroom did not work. Overall cleanliness is good but sparsely furnished. You will need a car at the location but make sure to have a small car. The entrance road is a bare fit even with folded mirror.

Dear We are always grateful to receive honest reviews from clients regarding their personal experiences and always seek to improve in any areas that are brought to our attention that we believe could be improved. However, we are disappointed and quite concerned that you have highlighted some aspects of your trip which to be negative in your opinion, which are actually meant to make guests’ stay easier; guests generally appreciate these aspects greatly. Of course, the location of the apartment is what is listed, but when possible/ necessary, we try to meet the guests on the main road to make it easier for them to reach the place quickly. Indeed it takes more of our time (which is money, isn’t it?) and still we want to be there for our guests whenever possible and, as said, other guests appreciate greatly. The beauty of this place is also due to its ancient network and it is true that not everybody can drive in Italy without feeling he is going to hit something, but all other guests, even those who came here driving a SUV, always appreciated the free parking space. Especially, when around here, you pay between 20-30€ per day. We have a 200mt garden with marble tables, chairs and barbecue if needed but when guests see the terrace on the 3rd floor without a lift, as clearly stated in the listing, they care no further for gardens. And who can blame them? The terrace is big, peaceful and the view is simply to die for. The place is absolutely great value for money and is spotless clean; we pay professionals to do that. Each room has AC and we care that everything works well. If you felt something was not functioning or missing, you should have reported locally for it to be fixed immediately. If this effort was not approached by you as the customer, then unfortunately, it is out of our control and a postponed complaint is of no use to you and only unkind to your hosts.

Exactly as the photos promised

I highly recommend this property! Four of us (two couples) stayed at this Piano di Sorrento property in mid April 2024 for five nights. The photos of the property are very accurate. The roof top deck had spectacular sunset and after dark views! The home was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and private. The bedrooms were spacious, and the baths completely modernized. The seating areas were large enough to seat 6 comfortably. It had a galley kitchen that met our needs (we only cooked in one night). The host was very helpful. I had a few questions and all were answered via email within 1-2 hours. This is an excellent property for 2 couples or a family of six to base day trips around the Amalfi/Napoli area. We managed great with a rental car, but driving is not for the faint of heart. We day tripped to Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi, and Positano, sometimes driving just to the local train station and continuing from there. A previous review had mentioned the narrow car access to the parking spot. We rented a Volkswagen Tiago which was able to safely navigate the lane to the parking spot, so if you research the dimensions of that vehicle you will know what fits. Also, I highly recommend dropping a pin on your phone at the entrance to the lane as we got lost the first few times. Must be able to manage 45+ steps to the property. We are aged late 60's to mid 70's and had no problem. We had a great stay and will recommend this to friends.

We had a lovely stay at Annamaria. We traveled with another couple and the floor plan was very accommodating. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop patio offered memorable views in every direction. The stairs could be challenging to those not used to some exercise… but once you’re up and in, Annamaria does not disappoint.

Très bien situé avec vue magnifique sur le golf de Naples.appartement confortable pour 6 personnes avec 2 salles de bain.

This property is situated in a quaint & beautiful part of Piano Di Sorrento. The apartment, recently renovated, has excellent views from all windows & it is the perfect base for day trips to the surroundings: Sorrento Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, etc. A CAR IS RECCOMENDED!!!!
The place is strategically located at exactly 1 km from its main street (Corso) and 1,5 km from its Circumvesuviana train station, 30 min to Positano & 15 min to Sorrento BY CAR. Aircon & parking incl.
