Lima Modern-Film Colony Light Filled Mid Century Modern

I am so glad that your stay was enjoyable, and I would love to have you come back! Thank you so much!

Thank you for visiting! You were wonderful guests. Sorry about the rules. These are not my house rules. The city has to put guidelines in place to control noise for the full-time residents. I hope that makes sense.

Thank you! It is great that you enjoyed the house so much. That makes me happy. I hope to have you back again! You were a great guest!

Thank you! I was so happy to have you back. You are a great guest and welcome any time!

You are welcome back any time! Thank you for your kind words. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay!

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay! I love that you enjoyed the mountain views! It is one of my favorite features of the house. You were great guests! Please come again.

You were such fun guests! I loved having you for 3 months, and hearing about your time in Palm Springs. Thanks for taking such good care of the house!

So glad to have you back for another visit, and that it was great the second time! You are wonderful guests! Please come back again!

Thank you! I am so glad that the house met your needs and you had an enjoyable stay. Please come back again!

Thank you! You were a great guest, and I am glad that the house provided you with a wonderful space for your vacation!

I am so glad that we were able to help save your getaway, and that the house was relaxing and enjoyable! That is what we hope for our guests. You were great guests, and we would love to have you again!

I thought you were great guests, and thank you for keeping the house so clean. I am, however, puzzled by your review. I communicated with you several times during your stay, and you made no mention of the AC or the tub — both of which I could have had looked at. Or at least you could have mentioned them at departure, since these are both fixable issues, but I first read about them in your review. The AC did, in fact, have a loose piece that was rattling around in the vent. I had that looked at after your stay. The drain is also fixed, and a very easy fix. Sometimes the drain does get slow with all the use, but we do a pretty good job of staying on top of it. I am sorry that it impacted your stay. The leaves, well, that is nothing I can control. That is Mother Nature. When you visit during a high wind period in Palm Springs, all the local pools get littered with leaves and other things. High winds in Palm Springs are not frequent, but not unusual. Thankfully, our pool tech visits enough to keep it clean. I hope this helps with answering some of your concerns!

Thanks Thomas! It is a very tranquil spot. I am glad that you enjoyed it!

Thank you! I loved having you, and also loved the info you shared about your explorations. Great guests!

You were such fun guests! I could tell that you loved the house and were enjoying your time in Palm Springs. Would love to have you back again anytime!

Hi Deb. Thank you for taking the time to do a review. I was so appreciative of your note upon check-in about what a lovely home Lima Modern is and how much you were enjoying it already, but your review does not reflect that. I am so sorry that it was not the 5-star experience I strive for. Please feel free to send me a note with detailed feedback. That would be welcomed. I hope you come back again so that I can give you a 5-star experience!

John- you were one of my favorite guests to work with. Your excitement about your upcoming trip with your friends was really sweet. I also loved your nice note about the house upon arrival. Again, I am sorry we had to temporarily switch out the gas firepit for wood burning until the new gas one arrived. I know you were expecting a gas one. I hoped the new one would come before your arrival. You were great to have, and please come again!!!

Thank you so much! I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Please come back!

Thank you Connie! I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Come back anytime!
