So much to enjoy in this community and a short distance from many activities. This unit offers a large patio w/bbq and free in-unit laundry, basic laundry & cleaning supplies included. The grounds feature 4 heated saltwater pools, 4 jacuzzies, and 4 maintained tennis courts, beautiful palm trees, fruit trees and manicured grass surroundings. We have 2 Pool lounge chairs in our unit to take and use at the pool. Note: The key for the pool/Tennis court area is the only one supplied to us by the HOA. If the key is lost there is a $200.00 replacement fee. Tennis courts: Availability of courts are first comes, first serve. There's also an abundance of food choices nearby. There is FREE public transportation 1/2 block away that goes into downtown. The bus service is called the BUZZ. Uber and Lyft are available also.
