Spektakulære, direkte strandlejlighed. Du ved, at du kan fortælle de steder, hvor ejerne har stolt på at give den ultimative oplevelse for deres gæster - den lidenskab at dele, hvad der trak dem til rummet i første omgang? Denne øverste etage, front og central enhed er en sådan. Beliggende i et roligt feriested, er grundplanen åben køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue flow sammen, alle flisebelagt, alle med ekstraordinære panoramaudsigt over havet. Kealia 604 er nyligt ombygget med kvalitetsmaterialer, finish og møbler-tænk rustfrit stål, granit, marmor, læder ... du får billedet. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken er simpelthen smukt og helt åbent for panoramaudsigtene - hvordan kunne alt hvad du forbereder her være alt for lidt til at være dejligt? (Simpelthen umuligt). Med to soveværelser (begge med vidt åbent, uhindret havudsigt), byder denne enhed velkommen på fire gæster. Badeværelset har flisebelagt walk-in shower med hjørnebænk og granit forfængelighed. Yderligere faciliteter omfatter dvd, stereoanlæg, komplementært kabel, internet og parkering. This is just what we needed- a relaxing week on Sugar beach. The unit was just like the pictures showed. Perfect for our getaway and a perfect location to head anywhere on the island. Going to sleep every night to the waves crashing was the best

Beach/ocean view was breathtaking and lifted our spirits. Rooms were clean, host was helpful, pool was clean and never crowded. However the parking garage below looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

My family has a wonderful time. I’ve stayed at other properties in this complex and this one is by far the most beautiful. It is well appointed and comfortably laid out. The view is breathtaking. Communication is succinct and timely. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful view!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was wonderful. You could hear the waves from your bedroom. Nice quiet area, aside from the occasional rooster haha. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view & beach-side location

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo in North Kihei. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets. Right on the water, so the sounds of crashing waves lulled me to sleep. Kitchen has all you need to cook daily dinners, plus beach chairs. Pool is great. The beach is mellow and great for kids. Half mile walk on the beach to a bakery, farmer's market/cafe, shave ice, and ABC store. Covered garage parking. Would definitely stay again!

Better than the pictures!

This is our first time in N. Kihei. We typically stay in S. Kihei across from Kamaole II. Sugar beach was much calmer for oue 5 year old this time.

Unbeatable View!

We had a lovely stay here. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Spectacular view from every room. Great quiet and accessible location. Sugar Beach is very little-kid friendly with gentle waves. Kitchen has many cooking utensils and nice eating space. Thank you for sharing the space, we would stay again!

Amazing View and Location!

We loved this condo! Top floor with plenty of amenities. Central location made it easy to travel all over the island. And the sounds of the crashing waves is just wonderful. We will be staying here again! The only things missing is: A cooler Personal Beach Chairs( there are 2 community beach chairs) Cord for the reclining couch

Quiet Condo

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Perfect location for watching sunset and central location for both sides of the island. Easy to drive to Hana, Haleakalā and Ka’anapali although you don’t need to leave Kihei to enjoy your stay. The condo has everything you would need from kitchen to beach supplies. Shower and bathroom could use some more cleaning/deep clean but other than that very clean and AC worked perfectly fine (from a previous review). Would stay here again! Kid friendly-ish not kid proofed or suitable for multiple kids (in my opinion) but it is doable just don’t expect it to be safe without constant, direct supervision.

Great ocean views

A beautiful beach location with an amazing view of the bay. Close to everything you need. Sherry was very helpful when I had questions. The condo came with beach chairs and boogie boards. I think there were some umbrellas tucked away under the main bed too but I didn't use them.

Incredible Views

This location & views cannot be beat!! We were scoping other condos during our visit, but there wasn’t a single other one we would have rather stayed at! Enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the lanai every morning as the sun rose until it warmed up the beach & pool area enough to go swimming. Loved being steps away from such a nice, quiet beach that hardly ever had more than a handful of people on it. So nice to be able to pop up to the condo to grab more sunscreen, snacks, or drinks. Definitely recommend staying here, we will be returning!! Thanks for helping make a great vacay!

Amazing balcony and ocean-facing windows in every room (except bathroom). Views of Haleakalā summit, the ocean, and both sides of the bay. Loving coming home to geckos outside the front door every night. Would return again! Very quiet during the day and at night, aside from the crashing of waves. The volume and pattern of the waves was different every night, you are really right on the beach and the waves are wonderfully loud. Sandy beach for walking and swimming. Perfect location. 10-15 min drive to Kihei (grocery, restaurants), 10 minutes from the dock, 5 min to wildlife refuge, 1 min to convenience store. Top floor. Elevator down to pool/beach and parking. Well kept grounds. Air conditioning was excellent. The master bedroom has its own window-style unit, and the rest of the apartment has another such unit. We need AC to sleep and it got cool enough at night in both bedrooms. There are a few fans you can use & ceiling fans if you'd rather enjoy the fresh ocean air. Well stocked kitchen supplies, beach towels, cleaning supplies including vacuum. Everything perfectly clean. Mini laundry unit worked great.Good layout, pretty much anywhere you are you can see the ocean out a window. Bathroom layout is likely a little tight if you have a walker. Good shower with seat built in, but no handrails. Covered parking garage with elevator. Good communication from local site manager when we couldn't find the garage opener (which was obsolete).

DREAM VACATION IN MAUI

My stay at this apartment in Maui was truly a dream vacation. The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the apartment was a daily highlight. Waking up to the stunning sunrise colors over the ocean was equally beautiful. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped. The only minor hiccup was the occasional issue with the water supply, which came and went, causing temporary inconveniences. However, it was a minor blip in an otherwise perfect experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Kealia Resort, and our first in the “Penthouse” condo. As the last resort on the north end of Sugar Beach, the location can’t be beat. Unit 604 is wonderful, lots of space, the trade winds kept it comfortable without AC, and the view from the lanai is second to none. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get in, and get access to the covered parking area, without any issues. We will stay here the next time we’re on Maui!

The condo was clean and well kept. However the A/C was insufficient as one bedroom had to be kept open to get any of the cool air as it had none of its own. The power went out for several hours the second day here and the elevator has been out since yesterday and this unit is on the top floor.

Beautiful view and perfect location

Absolutely love this condo. The ocean views were outstanding, I dare say the best of the 4 places we stayed in the Hawaiian island. A beautiful light breeze filled the rooms and were we very comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and we fell asleep every night listening to the ocean waves. The sunset view from the lanai were far the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. The only thing I would mark the condo do for was the shower which could use some cleaning attention. Other than that it was a perfect place to call home for a few days. The location was perfect to day trips. For the three tours that pick us up, we were the last ones picked and first ones dropped off due to our location. Everyone else was staying in Wailea. We liked that especially when on the RTH trip and the sunrise tour. We got a little extra sleep those mornings.
