Beach Place Bliss på Madeira Beach ved John's Pass Village

Dette rummelige 1400 kvadratmeter store havhjørne Condo havde nyt tæppe og fliser installeret i januar 2019. Køkkenet og badeværelserne blev for nylig renoveret med nye skabe og bordplader af granit. Planerne er at have ny flisebelægning installeret i begge badeværelsesbrusere engang i december 2019 eller januar 2020. Flere opdateringer findes i værkerne i den nærmeste fremtid. Nyd en fantastisk udsigt over stranden og smukke solnedgange fra privatlivets fred på din første sal balkon. Lad bilen stå på lejligheden og gå på tværs af gaden til Johns Pass Village og nyd en række over 100 butikker og restauranter for at fylde dine aftener. I John's Pass Village kan du også leje kajakker, paddleboards, jetski, gå på fiskeri charterturer og endda et Pirate Ship cruise.

Faciliteter inkluderer gratis højhastigheds-WiFi, kabel-tv og 2 reserverede parkeringspladser. Der er en Monster Retro Bluetooth / FM-radio til brug. Hvert soveværelse har ure med USB-porte. Vi har for nylig købt 4 Tommy Bahama strandstole til din brug, og der er en række andre strandlegetøj, som tidligere gæster har tilbage. Der er et vaskerum med en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til dit brug.

Good place to stay

The condo was very well stocked with beach gear. The kitchen was very well stocked too. The carpet in the bedrooms could stand to be replaced. The water pressure in the showers was horrible. These are all things that can be fixed though The location is great. Overall, we had a great stay and the host were great.

Perfect location

This condo is situated directly across from the Pass so easy access to food and shopping. It sits directly on the beach! The only draw back is that you are also directly next to Sandy Shores pool so sitting on porch may be loud. But first floor is convenient.as the washer and dryer too.

Family Fun!

It was an excellent week's stay at beautiful Beach Place Bliss. We enjoyed the accommodations very much and the view of the beach and gulf from the balcony is fabulous. We saw some of the most glorious sunsets ever!

Perfect Location!!

We have vacationed on the gulf coast for 20+ years and this may be our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. John Pass is right across the street with all the restaurants and shopping you will need for the week. The unit was well maintained and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

Beautiful place, owners were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. There is so much to do within walking distance.

We could not ever figure out how to turn on the garbage disposal, the people that were staying in the condo above us, made lots and lots of noise at night, scooting chairs across the floor, but overall we had a great stay

Madeira beach

Very convenient to beach, pool, restaurants, fishing and shopping. Tropicana Field 15 min drive. Had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the view especially the sunsets and sunrises under bridge.

Really like Beach Place... love the location. This condo is the best we've rented at Beach Place. All the extra beach chairs, toys, etc. are great especially when you fly.

Best place to rent at Madeira Beach

I have stayed at this property a few times. It is by far my favorite at Madeira Beach. Always clean and has everything anyone would need. Great location!! I have already booked again for next year. The owners are wonderful to communicate with.

We had a wonderful week in Madeira Beach!!

Condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped!! Check in and communication was very easy. Great location-just across the road from John's Pass for shopping, eating and boat trips (sunset cruise with Hubbard Marina was a blast!!). Beautiful sunset views from the patio and direct beach access. Highly recommend a stay in this unit :-)

Quick getaway

Place is right on the water with beautiful views. It is a short walk to Johns pass where you can eat and go on excursions. Local grocery store is a short five minute drive. Short drive to Clearwater aquarium. Lots for adults and kids. Definitely keep in mind for next Florida trip.

Great place for a girls’ stay

Very clean and no bugs which can be hard in Florida. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Great location for walking to John’s Pass. We felt very safe there. The pool for the condo building isn’t too big and there tended to be a lot of loud people down there.

Great location

You literally can’t get closer to the beach and attractions of the area. Condo is comfortable and has lots of room, we slept 6 comfortably. The building itself is older and could use some updates but he building maintenance is always around working. For a week stay it was no problem, if it were a longer term stay I might have more to say about the HVAC and plumbing and supplies available.

Location Location

We loved our stay in Beach Place. The location was amazing. Who doesn’t love having an ocean view and easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, live entertainment and fishing excursions within walking distance. The condo is roomy and easily accommodated 6 adults. I went with my husband and my 2 brothers and their wives and we had a blast. So much to do and see!! There was a cigarette butt laying by the TV when we arrived. Fortunately no other signs of smoking though. Excellent stay - We would love to come back sometime.

Very relaxing vacation

Condo was very nice. Cleaning people need to check under the beds while cleaning - diaper found under the bed (good thing it was clean). We were not happy with the response we got when we found out the ice maker was not working when we arrived. We were told that it probably needed a new part but it would not be sent out in time and repaired for us to use for our stay - REALLY! Apparently the ice machine didn’t work for the last guest. We probably spent $25 on ice. Other than that the condo supplied everything you would need. Good location, plenty of towels, washer and dryer were excellent - nice place.

Musty smell, needs a deep clean

We chose this property over other similar ones based on the reviews mentioning how clean it was. Therefore we were very disappointed when we walked into a musty smelling condo. There was hair in both the tub and shower and what looked like dripped shampoo on the shower wall. The light fixture above the dining table had years of caked on dust on it and so did the lamps, baseboards and pedestal fans in each room. There were also dust balls stuck to the popcorn ceiling. The drawer under the oven had petrified cheese and other food debris in it and the inside of the oven had something baked on it. The towels and sheets were worn and had some had holes in them. The bed skirt in the beach view room had stains. I had to wash and/ or air out everything we took with us to get the smell out. The condo was in a great location with an excellent view. The heated pool was very nice and the beach was just a short walk through the parking lot. There were lots of beach chairs, coolers and toys available in the closet. The parking spaces were convenient except when the staff parked behind you making it very difficult to back out. I wouldn’t recommend this unit but another one in the building may be nice.

We purchased this condo in September 2018. The walls were badly scuffed and painted yellow. It still had the original purple carpeting and tiles, with many tiles that were loose and cracked. We have done many updates, and many more are in the works.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Besides being right on the beach, having John's Pass Village right behind is a huge bonus. You can leave the car at the condo, and walk to the many shops and restaurants in the village. With so many restaurants to chose from, you could go to a different restaurant each night.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This is a first floor, corner unit, right across from the stairs. This makes it really nice and convenient to get to and from the beach quickly.
