Denne tredje etage 1 soveværelse 1 ½ badeværelse ejerlejlighed er placeret på Gulf side af vores ejendom. På grund af sin centrale beliggenhed på vores ejendom er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide sandstrand, tennisbaner, pool og kulgrill. Det er også en meget kort gåtur til Bay Side del af vores ejendom, som har et varmt karbad og en anden pool. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, sover denne enhed højst fire personer. Det komfortabelt indrettede soveværelse er indrettet med to queensize-senge med 32 "fladskærms-tv, og der er en sovesofa i stuen med en stor 42" fladskærms-tv med HD-tv-service. Badeværelset har et praktisk brusebad, mens halvdelen er udstyret med en håndvask og toilet. Den rummelige, åbne køkkenplan er fuldt udstyret med alle de ting, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister og kaffemaskine. Lejligheden er helt flisebelagt hele vejen igennem. Der er også en komfortabelt indrettet udendørs gårdhave, som screenes ind, så du kan nyde vores varme tropiske briser med dine venner og familie.

Needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was outdated and the furniture and appliances were not very clean. The blinds were broken when we arrived and it took a couple of day for maintenance to come repair. We used a blanket to cover the window. The blanket we used looked like an old dirty blanket that should have been discarded years ago. I actually bought two new blankets and a pillow so we didn’t have to use what was there. The toilet in one of the bathrooms constantly ran and you would have to take off the lid and manually adjust the flap every time you used it. The property itself and the pools were well maintained. I was in several other units that were clean and updated. Would not recommend the unit we stayed in.

Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean but had a strong, musty odor when we first arrived; however, keeping the windows & doors opened throughout our stay eliminated the issue. Enjoyed the screened lanai for morning coffee. Such a lovely breeze that we had no need for A/C. Beds were comfy and the shower was strong. Could have used another nightstand/lamp & a clock/radio in the bedroom. Large appliances could be improved a bit, and some microwave ware & beach chairs would have been helpful (chaises on the beach were not always available). Palm Bay Club felt safe, grounds were tidy with beautiful palms and landscaping; staff, maintenance & security were friendly, helpful & professional. Had an issue with the plumbing and it was handled immediately. Pool was heated and heavenly -- large enough for laps. Tennis courts were usually available, although some guests overlooked reserving a slot. Fitness Ctr was well-equipped. Only thing missing was a playground -- & a shower near the pool (if there is one, we couldn't find it). Suggest posting speed limit signs along the drive leading to the beach. Siesta Key is easy to walk with a nice variety of restaurants in the Village -- & the free trolley was a great bonus. Without a doubt, it's the most beautiful beach we've ever visited -- but also the most crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Palm Bay, never ran out of things to do and slept like babies at night! The week was over too soon.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had such a great time and Palm Bay! The room was so cute and the location was beautiful. We came in from Cleveland for a wedding and long weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for having us!! :)

Beautiful area

We loved Siesta Key and the property was very nice. However, the first condo appeared very clean but, we woke up the second morning and discovered we had roaches in the kitchen area, when we called the office to report the issue they were quick to move us out and put us in a different condo that was very clean and nice, we had no issues there. I think the roach issue is due to the garbage shoot being right beside the condo door. The rest of our stay was perfect.

Great 1st Family Trip to Siesta Keys

Hidden Gem!

This resort is so beautiful and picturesque. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. The condo we stayed in was very nice. Having beach chairs available on the beach was a super convenient. Would highly recommend coming back!
