Vi inviterer dig til at blive i vores rummelige nyindrettede og renoverede 2 seng / 2. 5 bad townhouse condo beliggende på Midnight Pass Rd. direkte på tværs af gaden fra den smukke (# 1 rated beach i USA) "Siesta Key Beach" !! Vores smukke Condo byder på alle bekvemmeligheder i dit eget hjem. En velkommen pusterum venter dig med vores nyligt renoverede køkken, opdaterede badeværelser, meget høj kvalitet møbler, 60 "ledet tv i stuen, 46" ledede tv'er i hvert værelse med gratis wifi og flere filmkanaler, 3 møblerede terrasser og luksus sengetøj til alle senge. Vores Condo er en meget stor enhed på næsten 1400 kvadratmeter. Soveværelse 1 har en king size seng, soveværelse 2 har 2 enkeltsenge og stue har en queen size sovesofa.

Bay Oaks Resort ligger midt imod frodige, tropiske blade på Intracoastal Waterway, direkte overfor Mexicogolfen og den verdensberømte Crescent / Siesta Beach med sit bløde, kølige sukker-hvide sand. Siesta Beach har for nylig optjent titlen som # 1 Best Beach in America for 2011. Nyd shelling, jogging, windsurfing, beachvolley eller bare sol på denne smukke strand. Hovedindgangen er en kort 1 min væk i bil (1 mile).

Nærbutikker og flere gode spisesteder er kun en kort gåtur til den skjulte skat af Siesta Key Village. Du kan også hitch en gratis tur (tips værdsat) til Siesta Key Village hvor en bred vifte af shopping og spisning sjov venter. Eller hop i din bil og udforske de lokale attraktioner i Sarasota og St. Armands cirkel. Med bil venter mange gode lokale golfbaner på dem, der kan lide at ramme linkene.

Offentlig adgang til stranden er en kort 1/4 mile væk med masser af parkeringspladser og butikker og flere adgangssteder til stranden er hele Midnat Pass Road.

Perfect area, close to everything you could want to do.

Loved the proximity to the beach. The beautiful white sandy beaches and warm clear water. What else could you want?

Loved our stay

Great stay for our family. Unit was large and spacious. Short drive to the beach but away from the business of the village. Can easily walk to several restaurants or take the trolley.

Great experience

Very nice property. The owner is very responsive to any issues. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the ac cycling over and over through the night, but that was very minor. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nice apartment

We were very happy with the space, the location, and particularly the ease of parking (not easy in Siesta Key)! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, an extra large washer and dryer, and lots of beach chairs and towels. We would rent this property again.

Beautiful place, great location, everything you need

Five ladies spent a long weekend from 9-22-17 to 9-25-17 and couldn't say enough good things about the place. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here. The condo is better than the pictures show. This place has everything you need for the beach too (noodles, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and even toys). When they say all you need is your bathing suit and flip flops, they are not exaggerating. There are even coolers to use at the beach. Thanks Lou for your hospitality. Linda, North Canton, Ohio

Relaxing stay in a fun condo!

A great condo for our family! We really liked to be able to spread out and have our own space. The various decks allowed for fresh air and different views. The boys loved the pool and the warm water. It was also a nice surprise to walk to the canal and watch the water and birds. We wished the beach was a little closer but it was a pleasant walk and didn't take too long. We jumped on the trolley a few times right in front of the condo to go downtown. We had a couple of meals in and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The skim board in the beach closet was a big hit with my teen boys who had never skim boarded before! Comfortable and great stay!

Great family home

This home was perfect for our family of five. Three teenagers fit perfectly. We enjoyed the 2 1/2 bathrooms. Laundry room in condo, the pool and also dock area in the back. The parking space was convenient, located close to condo. The location to the beach was great too! Fireworks could be seen from the porch on Friday nights. Overall we loved this place. Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of supplies, no sponge, dishwasher soap or extra trash bags only 1/2 roll of paper towels, no coffee. However when we told the owner about a few of these supplies and they were quick to accommodate us. We would stay here again and would recommend this unit.

Siesta Key rental

The unit was well equipped but not enough to give it a top rating. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It was furnished generally tastefully, but on the darker and heavy side for a beach rental. The couches were comfortable and seemed newer, but the king bed mattress was saggy and needed replacing. Kitchen had most equipment but could use more light and a larger coffee maker given the size of the unit. Location was fine but a hike to the beach.

Steps but not steps to the beach

The property was decent....a lot of steps and not much of a view but plenty of room. We were hoping to be closer to the water but could only see a small slice of it from one of the decks. The location is in the middle of both public beach access points so we did the loop twice. It was probably 20-25 minutes each way so an hour plus round trip. The facility seemed like it was run by a 3rd party and not the owners (probably was) as it lacked the well maintained feeling but was sufficent. We were missing a garbage can for the kitchen and got a quick response from the mgr who ordered one via Amazon - and it arrived the day we were leaving. There were a lot of steps....getting to the front door and within the unit. Nothing wrong with that but if you are hauling in luggage or something you should be aware. Parking was handy, overall a decent place....just a place we would not go back to.

Host provided information in timely manner. Main bath had to fill tub with shower head, plumbing needs to be replaced. Other bath shower had mold, in rough condition, did not use it. Unit was okay, but not worth 3000 per week! We had greater expectations. Would not recommend to others, nor come back. As a side note, HBO did not work, other apps need to be updated and we could not watch the Super Bowl, unable to get NBC channel, too bad, just needed a basic tv antenna!

Christmas Visit

The record cold did not affect our great stay. The space was received in a very clean condition. Listing is honest and accurate. Communication with host via text and email was quick and cordial. Walk to public beach access is easily manageable. Parking could not be any better for this property. Do note access to the unit is up a flight of stairs and one flight exists in unit. Unit rules, directions, and information are clear and easily understood. We would rent this space again.

Siesta Key Thanksgiving 2021

Fantastic unit. Lou and Vicky outline everything that you will need for a successful trip, from what to do when first arriving at the property, to the check out process. Three minute car ride to the main Siesta Beach parking lot, could not be any easier. We will definitely be back!

Just perfect!

Comfortable, clean and newly updated townhouse, in a great location, conveniently close to all - the most beautiful Siesta Beach for sunbathing and morning or evening walks, Ocean Blvd for shopping and great food, and only 20 minutes away from Downtown Sarasota. The check in could not have been easier. The property owners were beyond accommodating and responsive. Thank you both!

Siesta Key delight

Condo was is a great location on Siesta Key. Trolley stop was very conveniently located near the condo. Great time on the beach. Lots of beach items in the closet.

Great stay while visiting family

This condo/townhouse was a great size for us. The bedrooms are big! It was only a mile from the main siesta key beach parking area. The kids used the pool a couple of times. Great value for the price!

My husband Lou and I are from Nyack, NY and have been traveling to Florida several times a year for the past 15 years for business and pleasure. We love exploring new places all the time and when we arrived to Siesta Key 10 years ago, we fell in love instantly with the Key as well as the amazing and breathtaking beach. It is truly unlike any other beach we've been to and we've been to plenty all over the world. We found ourselves always wanting to go back to Siesta Key and once you've been there, you'll understand why. We finally decided to purchase our own home on the Island since we go there so often. We get such pleasure knowing that we can have our friends, family and guests experience just how beautiful the beach is in Siesta Key. It's guaranteed to make you want to come back on your next vacation.

Our condo was the perfect choice for us and it seems to be a great choice for almost all that have come to it. It is a very large and spacious duplex unit with 3 interior lanais (balconies for you New Yorkers : ) and it's quiet and peaceful... Exactly what I want to experience on vacation.

The other great features of our complex is the large heated swimming pool, game room, and the best for last as always, the beautiful Bay at the back of the property with a fishing pier, benches and chairs as well as 2 BBQ grilling stations. Does it get any better than that?
