Such a charming and wonderful place to stay! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get away and just enjoy a picturesque place to visit. I'll be missing my morning coffee overlooking the harbor of lobstering boats.

Great location, overlooking the Corea Harbor. House was super clean and well laid out with a nice porch and outdoor space. Highly recommended for visitors to Corea.

It is as described. We love the screened in porch, the location, attentive host, clean, full kitchen (totally outfitted), we are couple and used to bring our small dog with us. Firepit. Comfy recliner and nice Roku tv.

Was everything we expected it would be . Cute little cottage . Having the screened in porch was great to sit out with our dogs. Quiet little area , was very much needed. Had everything I needed to cook with. Enjoyed watching the harbor activity as well. What hard workers these fisherman getting out so early . Lobster was delicious. Thank you again for sharing this little cottage by the Sea

My husband and I loved this little cottage, especially the screened in porch overlooking the harbor. It was an excellent place to relax. A plus is that it is pet friendly and we were able to bring our small dog. He loved it too!The host, Pam, was really helpful and answered all our questions especially where to eat and what to do in the area. She was very responsive to messages and very nice. The cottage was super cute and the place was very clean, the bedding and towels smelled really fresh (that made a big difference!) and the beds were really comfy.I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again.

Loved our stay! My daughter and I brought our large breed dog for a 3 night stay and enjoyed every moment of it. The cottage is as described in the listing. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment (lots of K-cups!) and the bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were very comfortable; my daughter slept on the futon/sofa and said she slept great. All linens were soft and fresh smelling. I brought a couple of paper items, TP and paper towels though I didn’t need them as there was plenty for our stay already provided. The weather was chilly though nice and toasty inside with plenty of hot water for showers, etc. I really enjoyed the screened porch in the morning and having a cup of tea while looking out at the harbor and working fishing boats. The road is quiet with hardly a car passing by. We stayed here while visiting both sides of Acadia which was beautiful in the fall. If you are looking for a serene spot to stay this is the place. Pam answered all my messages extremely quickly and I felt confident if I needed anything I could reach her without hesitation; though I didn’t need to as we had everything we needed. Check-in and out were very easy as well. I recommend this cottage and would love to return.

The Bridges Bungalow is magic. The owners have done an incredible job transforming a tiny space into something that feels both cozy and special, perfectly capturing the charm and character of a Maine fishing village.The soundtrack of Corea is unforgettable—birds calling in the distance, boats gently rocking with their bells softly clanging, and the ocean breeze drifting through the windows. It was peaceful in a way that's hard to describe.I also loved reading the guest book, which shares the family's story and their connection to the lobster fishing industry. It added such a personal touch and made me feel more connected to this beautiful place.If you're looking for a quiet coastal escape that feels authentic, relaxing, and full of heart, the Bridges Bungalow is truly a gem.

Great Waterfront Spot

We loved our stay in this cozy waterside bungalow. Pam was communicative and kind, and the place was as clean and well prepared. Highly recommended staying at this spot!

We could have stayed put on the property watching the activity on the harbor, birds and other wildlife. I loved discovering wildflowers and stargazing, but there is so much to do and see in the vicinity. Lunch on the Wharf is just a walk away. Schoodic Point, part of Acadia National Park, is close by. Ellsworth is about a half hour’s drive. Winter Harbor is not far, with the 5&10 and Gerrish’s….and you must eat at Chase’s.Pam Bridges is very helpful, easy to communicate with, providing what you need….even wood for the fire pit. We slept on the queen bed upstairs, which was very comfortable. Our only problem was that we both have to get up to get to the bathroom at night. So we prefer to have a bathroom on the same floor. If that is not your concern, you will greatly enjoy this place!It was so nice to be able to have our dog with us.This place is small enough for a couple, but it can accommodate a few more in a pinch, with a full size bed in the upstairs room along with the queen bed, and a pull-out bed downstairs. In warm weather. Dining for four can be in the screened in porch, but it was perfect for just us two.We wanted a small place in the Schoodic area, and this fit the bill.

Corea Harbor is a great little location on the Schoodic Peninsula and the bungalow has a front seat to the action. We loved watching the boats come and go, the Catch Your Own Lobster cruise and local Pickled Wrinkle restaurant. The loft bay windows are awesome for morning coffee!

Corea Maine

Great little place to stay 12/10 recommend. Highly recommend the ferry to Bar Harbor made getting to Acadia much simpler. Perfect little fishing village to overlook at the end of the day.
