The property is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues to be aware of when booking this property. The beach, landscaping, and decor are all absolutely beautiful. The snorkeling right off the beach is fantastic, and the sandy shore is great for kids. Because you're on the eastern side of the island, you get sunsets over the water. The unique layout of the property is also perfect for multiple families. The air-conditioned unit is the middle-sized one, and it worked well. A family of dogs lives next door and wanders over the to the beach, but they were not aggressive. The primary issue we had is that all of the appliances (stove, hot water, etc.) run on small propane tanks, and we ended up without basic utilities for a good chunk of our stay. The first day, the primary bungalow stove did not have any fuel, so we could not cook, and it took the property manager visiting to figure out that the propane tank was the issue. After that, the fuel for the hot water for the second and third bungalows ran out, and we could not replace it due to a faulty valve, so we were without hot water for two days. Eventually, the caretaker's husband was able to replace the tank. The property manager brushed off these issues, but they were a significant inconvenience. We also noticed several dead cockroaches and a severe termite infestation in the third bungalow (droppings all over the bedside table in the morning), which should be treated.
