Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the condo, the beautiful beach, and the beach bar and grill. We’re glad you enjoyed those aspects of your stay. We sincerely appreciate your patience regarding the construction that was taking place during your visit. The renovation project took longer than originally anticipated, and we understand how the construction noise and temporary closure of the pool, patio deck, and condo patio impacted your vacation. We’re pleased to share that the project has now been completed. Guests can once again enjoy the newly renovated pool, expanded patio deck, and outdoor amenities, which are now open and better than ever. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again so you can experience the property with all of the new improvements in place. Thanks, Ken

We're sorry this guest's stay didn't meet their expectations, but several claims here are not accurate. The air conditioning never failed. We responded multiple times during their stay and arranged and paid for an HVAC technician — though holiday-weekend scheduling meant the visit happened after checkout. The technician found the system working perfectly; the thermostat had been set incorrectly, with photos confirming the wrong settings. A language barrier made it very difficult to walk the guest through the thermostat remotely during the stay, which we sincerely regret. Cleanliness is our signature — our 75 five-star reviews consistently praise it — and fresh bedding, including the comforter and sofa-bed linens, is provided for every stay. We also provide complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers in the hallway storage closet for all guests; this guest never looked in the closet. VRBO reviewed the technician's findings and did not find cause for a refund. We take great pride in this home, as our 9.4/10 rating across 99 stays reflects, and we wish this guest well. Ken

Peter, thanks we're so glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome back anytime! Ken
