Very good location. We don't have the cars, so it's a perfect place to walk into town to restaurant and food. The beachfront next to the units, perfect location. The property a little bit old, half of the stove. It's not working, but it's not a big deal we mad it work. The property manager is very helpful.

Perfect location!

This location was excellent! Easy walk to town, and we loved the convenience of no keys! We came and went as we pleased and the pool was nice too.

Perfect location and stay for us. The extras you can’t get in a hotel, like sand toys, cooler, condiments, etc along with the full kitchen made it so much better. The next door proximity to the sand beach was great for snorkeling and the kid, and the walking distance to the downtown part saved on parking. There was road noise, but we were aware of it ahead of time and it wasn’t a big deal to us. I’d definitely stay here again.

Over all, my mom and I enjoyed our stay here. We agreed the place could have been a bit cleaner in the kitchen area and the floors/rugs could use washing. But sheets and bathroom were clean. The view is great, although it is loud with the traffic.Pros - Walk to the beach in a couple minutesWalking distance to shops and restaurants View of beach from patioComfortable bed Decent pool/spa Cons - Rugs and towels could use some replacing Traffic on Ali’i drive is pretty loud until about midnight. Considering the price for what was offered, I think this was a good place to stay. Thank you for having us.

Great location and amenities

Morning sun on the deck while way home g the ocean is how everyday began. A close walk into town for coffee, açaí and dinner was great! Evening sunsets from the pool were enjoyed as well.

Great location, with road noise

Place was wonderful. Excellent location, very walkable. As listed there is road noise, also an annoying bright yellow security light at night, but certainly nothing that ruined our time there.

Property is accurately described. Unit is spacious and comfortable. They have done a nice job of setting up the lanai, a great place for breakfast each morning. The unit is the first unit to the road, so loud cars and their music can be a momentary alarm clock, but wasn’t a big issue for us. The view of the beach/park is kinda along the side of the building. It isn’t directly ocean front. Again, accurate by the description and commensurate with the cost. I would rent the unit again and appreciated the attention of the host and management company any time we needed something.

Amazing stay!

Excellent communication and hospitality from the property management. They made everything very clear so I didn't have to ask any questions. The property is in a great location and easily walkable to downtown Kona with its abundance of restaurants and shops, and of course right on the water, which is gorgeous. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equiped, and decorated nicely with comfy furniture. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo🌺

Partial water view Kona

The property is in a perfect location to enjoy the water & surrounding city amenities. It was so easy to check in and to get access to the pool. The pool is nice & is open until 10pm. The hot tub was great and there is plenty of grilling space. If I come back I’d love to stay here just in a different unit. The condo has everything you need it’s just faces homeless people on the beach.
