Our family of four stayed here for 2 weeks in June, during the heat wave, coming from the US. Thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! I'd stay here again just for the air conditioning. But in addition, the space is bright, spacious, well-provisioned (cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, sheets, wifi), and very convenient (in terms of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, easy walk to sacre-coeur, subway access, elevator), and the host is responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!A few things that may be helpful to future tenants: - two nights during our stay, there were people talking, singing, yelling in the park below. That sound carries and my kids were woken up by that, but thankfully it was only two times.- the shades are not blackout shades, so if you're sensitive to light in the morning (the day is long in paris in the summer), bring eyeshades- the plates and pans in the kitchen were not super clean when we arrived (maybe because the previous tenants cleaned them in a rush), and sponges / cleaning tools were used, but it was very simple to buy new sponges from monoprix right next to the apt and wash everything before using- the washer / dryer / dry-rack makes laundry super convenient and easy, but the dryer is not a vented dryer, it's a condenser dryer, so if must empty the water from the condenser tray (coming from the US we didn't realize this the first time we used the dryer and wondered why things were not drying).
