Enjoy the panoramas of the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf and the Bay from all primary living areas and two of the three bedrooms. The large floor to ceiling glass doors allows you to revel in the ocean breezes and soothing sounds of the whitewater rolling surf.

NOTE MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS: As a general practice this property requires a minimum stay of five (5) nights and if available, a four (4) night stay may be arranged; depending on scheduling. During holidays and/or “high-seasons” (e.g. June, July) a seven (7 ) night reservation is required and Saturday to Saturday stay is preferred.

This 2020 remodeled, designer inspired impeccable home has whitewashed, porcelain tile floors, throughout the home. The living areas are beautifully furnished with a wall-mounted 55” high definition television, a dining table that seats six (6) with three (3) additional seats at the island counter. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and quartz countertops is a culinary delight. The three beautifully appointed bedrooms with wall-mounted 50” televisions, each have ensuite, renovated, freshly stocked bathrooms. Also included is a full-size washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, free wireless internet and should you need baby gear, there is a pack-n-play (does not include pack-n-play sheets) and high chair available.

The master bedroom is gorgeous with white water views and echoes of the waves. It has a new, comfortable sumptuous king size bed, a 50” wall-mounted high-definition television and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, frameless shower, soaking tub and other amenities.

The spacious guest bedroom #1 has impressive views of the Gulf and the Bay, is comfortably outfitted with a queen size bed, 50” wall-mounted high-definition television, an ensuite well-appointed bathroom and an extensive furnished balcony for relaxing at the end of your fun-filled beach day.

The stylish outfitted guest bedroom #2 can easily accommodate four persons. It has three beds; a full size bed and a bunk bed, as well as a 50” wall-mounted high definition television and an adjoining freshly renovated stocked bathroom.

Occupancy is limited to 8. There will be an additional $100.00 fee per stay, per guest, should there be extra guests. Notice of exceeding 8 guests occupancy must be disclosed no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Parking at Ariel Dunes 1 requires a Seascape parking pass which cost $10 per vehicle, golf cart, RV, trailered boat, or other vehicle parked in the Seascape parking lots. When making your reservations, please advise on the number of vehicle passes that you need.

Ariel Dunes is a 24 story tower that has two huge pools that total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas. There is also a newly renovated gym.
