Smuk luksus, moderniseret, en af de få enheder til Direct Ocean !!To soveværelser, to bad Condo på 21. sal (udsigt over Miami og South Beach). Beliggende på La Perla Ocean Residence i Sunny Isles Beach. Gulv til loft udsigt over havet fra alle værelser og en indhylling balkon for at se solopgangen over Atlanterhavet og solnedgang over den intracoastale og høje stigning.

Hvert combo med soveværelse / bad er på en separat side af lejligheden med lukkede døre, hvilket skaber privatliv for gæsterne. Moderniseret opdateret køkken med bordplader af granit, bagplade af stål, nye apparater, tørretumbler i fuld størrelse i tilknyttet vaskeri og opdaterede badeværelser med marmorgulve i hele lejligheden. Med et areal på 148 kvadratmeter (148. 64 kvadratmeter) med boligareal hviler havet rundt omkring dig med gulv til loft-vinduer og udsigt i alle værelser.

Stort omhyggeligt udsigt over balkonen er direkte over poolen, stranden og molen. Udsigt, der ligger på 12 miles af sandstrand, er fantastisk.

Havkanten pool, jacuzzi og soldæk (med håndklæder inkluderet) er direkte foran stranden med et par skridt til at gå ned til sandet. Her har du strandservice inklusive stole og parasoller.

Træningsrummet, der ligger på tredje sal, har cardio- og vægttræningsmaskiner alt sammen med udsigt over havet.

Med 24-timers sikkerhed, bilbetjent, konferencesal og forretningscenter.

Pricey, but worth it!

This is a beautiful apartment. The owner stays in the property for four months during the winter, and the attention shows. The property is well-maintained, and very user-friendly. Beth, the local agent for the owner, is a delight to work with.

Great property, great owner, great building.

It is always a pleasure staying at this property. Clean and well appointed. Location couldn't be better. The only downtick, not the property's fault, is the building's tedious required tenant evaluation process (e.g., uploading your marriage certificate). We will be back.

Our top choice.

This was our fifth stay at this property. The owner takes excellent care and has beautiful taste! The building's gym, hot tub, and pool are all big pluses. The fishing pier is great for a convenient and quiet walk. The only disappointments were an occasional cat hair and the tedious building verification process.

Great Apt and wonderful hosts

April and Beth were great to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond and their response time for all my questions were first rate. The apt is really well kept and beautiful and there’s nothing more I can say about the view than the pictures do. Looking forward to staying here again when we are back to visit family. Shout out to John too.

Great Stay

The place itself and the view are beautiful- better than the pictures. There IS a longish pier which is a bit of an eye sore directly in front of the unit, but it's easily ignored based ont he surrounding beaches. Speaking of beaches, they're also excellent. While we were there, the water was so clear we could literally see the sea life swimming int he water from the balcony. I should also mention that the unit is among the most well equipped and livable that we've ever rented (and we've rented a lot). About the only downside was the horrible building management who seem like they're discouraging short term rentals by forcing you to pay hundreds of dollars in extra fees (and your visitors also if you have any). They're also pretty bad at pretty much everything they do. Asking them for help with anything is like asking for help from the wind. It's a shame but it is what it is.

Art, Thanks for your comments. And I'm glad you loved our unit. To address the building regulations issues you experienced- (this is mostly for other potential tenants in the future) - Most upscale residential buildings in Miami use a tenant evaluation process that has a fee. This is for protection of all the residents including you, as you become a tenant for 2 weeks or more and are living in common with other owners and tenants. Its non negotiable. The fee is $100 per couple or single adult applying to stay. Yes if you have 4 unmarried adults that is $100 each. It is not included in the VRBO fees as you would be taxed 13% and their service fee would be added ( 10-13%). You can do the math. The process requires you to pay for the evaluation personally. I let people know its not a hidden fee. As far as guests there are guest rules as there are in any building which requires guests to be registered and wearing a wrist band while at the pool or beach. Not that uncommon. How well the building is enforcing this is not my job. But there is a policy in place. Lastly- The pier - as pier's go, is a modern upscale construction providing the locals with fishing privileges, a great walk to the end, wildlife viewing , an outdoor food and drink establishment which also provides beverages for the beach.( 25% off for La Perla residents). Its included in my photos so you're not surprised when you arrive. For many this is an added benefit of staying at La Perla. We are always trying to improve, but in these areas of building management ( the circumstances of staffing, and a new board), we were greatly affected by the pandemic and will take time to self correct. I will certainly be checking in to why you didn't get the service you needed. Thanks~April

Beautiful living space in a beautiful setting

On site contact person made checking in seamless. Everything is exactly as it is pictured in the listing photos. Gorgeous views from almost every room! All the amenities, including washer and dryer there for our use. Even little things you wouldn't expect in case you should need them. (first aid items, Q-tips, antacids, etc.). The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, which worked very well for us as we had an infant as well as a teenager staying there, one likes to sleep in and the other one needed naps during the day so it was good to have separate quiet spaces. Each bedroom had a beautifully done bathroom attached. Despite some poor reviews I had read on line about the valet service, the valet service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and respectful. The property is well cared for, and all the staff is polite. The pool is very warm! (We were there in November). The ocean front is a smaller beach than I had expected, but it never got crowded, and we spent a good amount of time there as well. We would definitely like to return to this property for another getaway.

Excellent!

We recently stayed in April’s condo in Sunny Isles and had a great time! Her place is decorated beautifully just as shown in the pictures. It is very clean, along with nice fresh sheets and freshly washed towels waiting for you upon arrival. All the things you could possibly need for a comfortable stay are there for you to use. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. We have stayed in this building before (different unit) and once again we find the building to be well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful and everything you could need is within walking distance. Checking in and out was very easy and stress free, thank you Beth! It all went smoothly from the time we booked to the time we left to return home. Thank you April for creating such a beautiful space to live and then kindly sharing it with the rest of the world! :-)

Beautiful condo!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our two week stay at April’s condo. She lives in the condo for four months of the year and it shows! In a good way. The condo is very well furnished and is in great repair, with much of the artwork painted by the owner. The local manager of the property, Beth, did an expert job with our check in.. The new tenant evaluation process was overly tedious but it eventually worked. The building is well run and the views are beautiful. We had no issues during our stay and very much look forward to returning!

The apartment is beautiful. In its balcony you may enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and also the sunrise. It is very well decorated and also well-equipped. An special mention to April, Beth and John: They have helped us in every doubt we have (I hope we haven’t bother them a lot). In our next trip to Miami we will come back to this apartment without any doubt. Thank April, Beth and John. Until next trip!

It Was great to spend our vacation in this apartment!!

The apartment is located on the 21st floor Ocean Front, with glass windows that will give you a different spectacle of nature every morning at dawn. The apartment is carefully furnished with great refinement with every possible comfort. Spending your stay in this apartment will give you an atmosphere and a comfort like in a Five-star Hotel Enjoy it !!!

SIMPLY PERFECT!!!

My family and I stayed at this condo in August 2019 for 17 days and I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place and the owner. Even when the weather wasn’t too nice, we stayed in and enjoyed this spectacular condo. The owner is the best! She is soooo nice and accommodating. The condo is absolutely STUNNING! The view is EXCEPTIONAL! The building is super clean, very well maintained and extremely safe. The property offers parking, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs. Just pay a one time fee of 20$ per adult and 10$ for the parking sticker for the entire stay. The condo is filled with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom and even offers high speed internet (wifi) in the condo and the entire building (including pool and beach). We did not miss anything. In fact, I regret over packing. I miss this place so much already. Do not hesitate ... book NOW!!! You will not regret it. I promise you. Thank you April for taking good care of your property and being so nice and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!!!
