2nd bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. There was a smell that came from the laundry room, 2nd bedroom area. The dryer did not dry the clothes well, we would had to run it no less than 3x. The rental itself was very clean, the complex not so much. I would also suggest some chairs and tables on the patio that you could see over the railing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the rental itself very clean. We’re sorry, however, that the second bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and that you experienced an unpleasant smell near the laundry room and second bedroom. We’ll also have the dryer checked to make sure it is functioning properly. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the patio furniture as well. We’ll certainly keep that in mind, along with your comments about the condition of the complex. Your feedback is very helpful, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thanks so much for staying with us, Dori, and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re really glad you enjoyed the clean rooms, updated bathrooms, and of course the hot tub. Sorry about the missing hand soap and the pool not being heated during your stay — you’re right, hand soap should always be there, and we’ve already reminded our cleaning team to double‑check that between every booking. We’re also reviewing our listing and pre‑arrival info to make sure it’s super clear that the pool isn’t heated so there are no surprises. I hope you come back soon. We have put in new carpeting throughout and new living room furniture. Really appreciate your feedback and we’d love to host you again next time you’re in the area!
