My family and I had a great stay. The condo was very clean and was decorated nicely. The views from the balconies were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Pools and Tiki bar were excellent. We had a great week and would definitely come back. Thanks!

Beautiful condo and view! However, i dont recommend the bunk bed room for adults as the beds are small and thin. Probably perfect for small kids!

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of the Destin Beach front locations. The property grounds are great. 3 nice pools with hot tubs. All very family oriented. Staff was great. The room was exactly as described. Great corner unit. Large, with everything you need. A couple things that kept it from being 5 stars. While the room was clean, it wasn't as clean as it should have been. The tile floors were not clean and all the base boards need painted and trimmed. The front door needs replaced, the only lock on the door was iffy. You had to really pull the door closed and with little kids, that's an issue. Also, the front door does not seal right, so it's loud in the hall and let's all the hot, humid air in. For what we paid a night, I expected it to be better. But with that said, I would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. We're glad Pelican Beach Resort 801's location, pools, grounds, staff, and the corner unit worked well for your family. I'm sorry the cleanliness and the front door/lock issues fell short of expectations — that isn’t the standard we aim for. We’ve shared your feedback with housekeeping and maintenance so they can address the tile floors, baseboards, and the door/lock and sealing. We appreciate your comments and that you would stay with us again.

This room and the facility was amazing. The room was as advertised. It had 2 balconies which was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. The facility was large , had multiple pools and hot tubs and a tiki bar which was nice. It was off season, so during busy season I could see it probably get very crowded. The room was clean and nice , management responded. I would recommend this property in the future. The view was amazing from the living room.

Views can’t be beat!

We had a great week in this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were amazing! We watched dolphins from the balcony a couple times during our stay. The heated pools were great for the cooler weather, although we enjoyed the beach as well. There is a lot to do nearby and even several places within walking distance.
