Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback on your recent stay with us, Melinda. We're thrilled to hear that you loved the view, location, and our property management team. We appreciate your positive comments about the comfortable beds, nice bed linens, and towels. We understand the importance of professionally cleaned linens and towels for a pleasant stay. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the internet connection. We're glad our property team was quick to respond and took measures to resolve the issue, including replacing the entire system. We understand that reliable internet connectivity is important, especially for those who need to work during their stay. Regarding the 4th bedroom without an attached bathroom, we understand that it may be less convenient for some guests. We will take note of this feedback and explore potential solutions to enhance the overall layout of the room. We appreciate your comments about the living/dining room furniture and the non-functional hide-a-bed. We'll evaluate these areas to ensure the comfort and functionality of the furniture for future guests. We'll also address the condition of the patio furniture, including the shredded cushions and the chair frame that needs attention. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We're glad that overall you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, providing you with an even better experience.
