LISTE BARE! NY & FABULOUS! "BEECH HOUSE" i LAMBERT'S COVE

Dette komplet renoverede og opdaterede hus ligger i en lund af modne bøgetræer og er ideelt beliggende i meget ønskeligt Lambert's Cove. Bare en kort 10 minutters gang til både Lambert's Cove Beach (IMO den smukkeste strand på øen) og Ice House Pond (den smukkeste ferskvandsdam på øen). Huset var lige afsluttet og kan lejes fra midten af august 2019.

Det samlede kvadratmeter på 2440 kvadratmeter inkluderer et åbent opholdsstue med genvundne bjælker og bredt planke, rustikke egetrægulve. Tre store ovenlys skaber et smukt, let fyldt rum. Lige ud over stuen er spisepladsen og et fuldt udstyret og veludstyret moderne køkken med avanceret rustfri apparater.

Stuen skydere åbner ud på et stort dæk, der strækker sig over fronten af huset, med masser af udendørs siddepladser. På bagsiden af huset, uden for spisepladsen og køkkenet, er en afskærmet veranda til afslapning, underholdning eller udendørs spisning.

Der er tre komfortable soveværelser og 2 1/2 bade. Master på 1. sal har en kingsize-seng og eget badeværelse med bruser. Ovenpå er et 2. soveværelse med queensize-seng, et 3. soveværelse med 2 tvillinger og et komplet badekar med badekar / bruser. Færdig lavere niveau har et tv og et spilområde, plus yderligere sovepladser i en queensize-sovesofa. Huset har central AC i hele plus loftsventilatorer.

Denne perle af en ejendom er beliggende en kort afstand til Lambert's Cove Beach, og et walk-on strandpas er inkluderet. Landbankens Ice House Pond-ejendom ligger også en kort gåafstand, og det kan nås fra Manaquayak Rd-indgangen.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was even better than the pictures and truly exceeded our expectations. It’s set in a very private, peaceful location, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear the home is very well cared for.Lisa, the host, was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions quickly, and was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and private place to stay!

beautiful house, great location

This beautifully renovated house is in a great location for walking to Lambert's Cove beach or ice house pond. Additionally, it's a short drive to Vineyard Haven for shopping & restaurants and there are beautiful trails nearby if you're in the mood to hike. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and comforting vacation. I can't recommend it enough!

Great Stay

Lisa is an exceptional host. The house is beautifully built and incredibly well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen and plenty of beach accessories. The location is wonderful with easy access to lambert’s cove beach and is set on a private lot in a natural setting. Lisa was extremely accessible and provided us with everything we needed to have a great trip. Would absolutely stay here again when we visit Martha’s Vineyard. Thank you Lisa and Ivory!

Immaculate

Our first visit to MV won’t be our last, and the same goes for this beautiful house in the woods. Lisa and Ivory soared no expense and missed no details in building a great rental house. Three couples enjoyed the spacious and quiet surroundings and especially the wonderfully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a getaway or a long stay, easy access to the beach and all parts of the island. Loved it!

Amazing is an understatement!

This property was PERFECT! It is immaculate and extremely well equipped. There was nothing we needed and didnt have. The home layout is perfect for a vacation stay. The home is fantastically built. (You'd be hard pressed to find a squeaky floor board or stair tread, or even a simple scuff on the wall!!) Everything the host did is absolutely painstakenly deliberate and well thought out. She truly cares your stay is beyony exceptional.We will plan to be back at one of the host's locations during our next Martha's Vineyard vacation. ,Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful!

Love Lamberts Cove

The house was immaculate when we arrived, along with fresh tulips, a handwritten card, a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates made on the Vineyard. The set-up of the house is perfect. Our son had to work some of the time, and he set-up his "office" on the dining room table. We loved the West Tisbury location, many close Landbank properties for lovely walks, as well as the glorious Lamberts Cove Beach. Lisa and Ivory were wonderful hosts. We look forward to coming back to this house, we all fell in love with it.

This is an excellent property! The hosts, Lisa and Ivory, are extremely helpful and friendly. The house seems brand new. Lots of natural light. Very private - can’t see or hear the neighbors.The house is very well maintained, stocked and equipped.The high end kitchen appliances, several of which we’ve never seen in a VRBO property, are practically new and work great.Tons of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Even tupperware!The amenities are great with a large washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, large gas grill, large deck with lots of seating options, gas firepit and 2 large dining tables, one inside the house and one in the screened porch.The location is also very good. Lambert’s Cove Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away although you must walk on the 2 lane road to get there which might be an issue in the summer busy season but not when we were there in late September.You will definitely need a car here. The ferry is 20 minutes away. The other towns worth visiting are all between 15 and 20 minutes away in the low season. Not sure about the summers. There is a fairly large grocery store 10 minutes away (Cronigs) in Vineyard Haven but if you are spending a week there and need to stock up, you are definitely better off going to the Stop and Go in Edgartown because everything is much, much cheaper there.Taking a day trip to Nantucket turned out to be very easy and that ferry is about 25 minutes away, again in the off-season.Highly recommend!

The Best of the Vineyard

This is the second time we've stayed in this home; it's perfect for us. The home is lovely, very comfortable and provides all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts are easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. We look forward to our next trip to the Vineyard, and to our stay in this beautiful home!

Wonderful light filled house

This is an extremely well equipped house. The best outfitted kitchen in a rental house I have ever seen. We did a lot of cooking so appreciated this. The linens were lovely, and so was the entire house. Lisa is super nice and helpful. I would love to go back.

Peace and Tranquility

The house and the host provided a wonderful place to be for a few cold days in January. The house is bright, clean and modern with lots of windows and a cozy setting. The outdoor space is lovely as well. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with all that one needs to prepare food. This house is a gem! Thank you to Lisa and Ivory.

The Best of the Vineyard

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home in an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing Vineyard vacation. You can walk to the beach, take a short drive to restaurants and shopping or simply enjoy the outdoors on the home's expansive deck and in the screened-in porch. The owners are the perfect hosts; a wonderful place to stay!

We had a simply sublime time at this gorgeous rental in West Tisbury! Gorgeous home...beautifully decorated, lots of light, open spaces...perfect family getaway! Above and Beyond

If you have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful new vacation home, my husband and I strongly encourage you to take advantage of it. We were guests in June of 2021 and, although we have been visiting the island for 20 years, we cannot imagine a more perfect home, setting, location, and hosts. The home is beautifully decorated and a short 10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. It is equipped with everything you could want during your vacation. Lisa and Ivory are amazing hosts and will go above and beyond if there is anything you need. We can’t wait to go back.

We could not be happier with our choice to stay here.

We were wowed by this house, the setting and our hosts. We had an incredible vacation and truly great experience renting this house. The house is beautifully designed and styled. It is also located in a great part of the island. We were especially happy with how the house is kept. It is immaculate. The linens and housewares are lovely. It is stocked with everything you need and also what you didn’t know you needed for a thoroughly enjoyable and and smooth vacation. The owners, Lisa and Ivory, are truly invested in making your visit delightful. They succeed. Lisa thinks of everything and goes above and beyond. She is an extraordinary host and somehow makes you feel you are her a personal houseguest. She is available and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. The house was exactly what we were hoping. The setting is absolutely beautiful. There is a breathtaking, uncrowded beach nearby as well as access to a private pond in walking distance. We could not be happier with our vacation house rental. We will definitely return. We strongly recommend renting The Beech House.
