Short walk to the beach

Great property, clean, and close to beaches and restaurants. View of the bay from the huge balcony where we saw dolphins.

Great stay in Pensacola

Nice property close to beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds and great view. The bathrooms could have used a better cleaning and floors been swept better but it was a great experience.

This condo is gated with easy access to the beach. We had amazing views of the harbor- birds and boats were our morning companions while we sat on the expansive back balcony and drank coffee. The patio furniture was the cherry on top! A full couch, 2 chairs with ottomans, and a breakfast table! Miss Jean even made us scones and left coffee pods for the Keurig. We had friends staying in 2 other condos at the same time and everyone loved our furnishings the most! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Great Condo and location

Loved the property and close location to the beach, boardwalk and charter fishing boats. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

Location and property were great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival as well as the few times we communicated during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Pensacola Beach if it is available.

Great Location and Property!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Owners were very prompt in responses and went above and beyond when we needed assistance! The location is gorgeous for watching the boats and sunsets, we used the pool and went to the little beach everyday! Great for kids as we didn't even need to get into the car, just took a short walk across the street to pick up food!

Great location and Condo was so comfortable.

Great vacation condo with all you need to have a great relaxing time. Owner Jean is so sweet and very responsive to any needs. The sunset view every evening off the balcony was awesome! The furniture through out the condo and balcony is so nice and up to date. We will be back to stay again! Janine

Beautiful! Stunning! Fun! Fun! Fun!

This was my families first visit to the area, and it was way better than we all expected. When we first arrived the owner was very helpful on the steps to get in the room. We really liked that it was a gated condo because we never had to search for a parking spot. The condo itself is updated with good appliances and countertops and new furniture. My kids wanted to sleep in the living room so they could wake up to the cool View over the water. Lots of things to do around the area keep us busy for the whole week. This was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had renting a condo from anyone. This place comes highly recommended!!!!

Views, Location, Comfort and Amenities Galore!!

This condo is perfect from the inside out!! The sunset views are absolutely amazing!! The owners were awesome to work and very responsive. The condo was so well furnished, comfy beds, living area and everything you need in the kitchen!! Bonus is a kayak, paddle board and everything you need for a great beach day including chairs and floats. The amenities include a nice beach area on the bay that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying watching the boats come and go. South Harbor was super clean and beautifully landscaped!! Lastly Location, Location Location, you literally can park your car and not get back in until you sadly have to leave. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping , fun bars and entertainment. We love this condo and can't wait to come back, thanks to the Gibson's for sharing this space and being wonderful hosts!!

Great condo

We have stayed at many units in this complex (South Harbour) over the past few years. Location is great and is a quick walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The pool is typically not very busy so we use it often when we stay here. The unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The tv and streaming services were a little glitchy but Jean was very helpful with trying to solve the problem. This was a building issue and not an issue with the unit itself. We found a workaround for the week and would reset the system whenever it began to lag again. The internet for the entire building is supposed to be updated at the end of June so likely not a problem for future renters. Would recommend this condo!

Fabulous Location!

I was apprehensive about not being able to walk out on the beach in the morning, but the location of this condo was even better. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and had very short walks to the boardwalk, the pier, and most importantly, the beach! Thank you!

BEST MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND!! AMAZING VIEW & CONDO!

Best location by far! The feeling is so cozy and good vibes from the moment you walk in. Also, the view from the moment you walk into the condo is beautiful, you see the water! You can see the water from the kitchen also! It had everything and then some! Everything you would need for a baby or toddler incase you forget anything, The best host. She is the sweetest and most helpful. We will NEVER stay anywhere else. Every time we are here this is where we will stay. We had such an awesome time we will be making this an annual trip and then also staying here for our nephews bday party each year when we come to that. It has been such an amazing experience and even though the weather was not good some of the time the host has every game you can imagine to help pass the time.

Birthday trip

I booked Jean’s home based on reviews and I’m so glad I did. Her home was well furnished with all the necessities and located in the middle of town. The pier, boardwalk and beachside restaurants are an easy walk from this condo. Highly recommend

Lovely Condo
