Glad we found this place! We were worried about the 5 of us in a one bedroom but the bunk beds were located in a smaller “room” away from the bedroom. The unit is well furnished and very convenient to all the area has to offer. We would definitely book again!

We loved this condo. The accommodations and location were perfect. The only issue was that the way did not have hand soap, shampoo/conditionals or a hair dryer available. It would have been helpful to know prior to arriving so we would know to bring our own.

Tina, Thank you for staying with us on your trip to the beach. Sorry about the hair dryer. We do wish you had let us know while you were there that the hair dryer was missing. In the guest information sheet sent to you and viewed we list that we provide, hand soap, 2 trash bags and 2 pods for the dishwasher. We do state that we do not provide personal soap for showers or shampoos. Sorry you missed this in the guest information sheet.

If you're the average guy like me, this place is a 10 as it checks all of the boxes. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples. Close to everything that one wants for a vacation. Affordable. Kitchen is updated and important appliances all work. Not a biggie, but would recommend a new Mr. Coffee as the coffee is not hot enough. Although there is a separate Kuric coffee machine there also. Also, not a biggie, but you need to fix sliding door out of the bedroom as it does not open. If you are super wealthy, this may not be your place. Except for the kitchen, everything is dated but very clean and totally functional. Some people might expect an ultra-modern palace on vacation, and those type of people might be a little disappointed. Me, I was happy as a clam!

Great location and beautiful beach!

San Remo offers an excellent location close to amazing restaurants and shops! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo was just the right size for two adults and two small kids. Note that the bunk room is open to the hallway, but the kids slept fine.

Very nice view and property.

The only thing we would suggest is to put a full handle on the patio glass door. The small finger hold area is difficult for seniors. Overall.. a really nice place.

Fall break

We 've stayed at San Remo before but this was 1st time in this unit. Overall , this unit had everything that we needed, and the included beach chairs were a great plus. The furnishings showed some wear , but nothing that bothered us. San Remo still one of the best options on the 30a. Great trip!

The unit was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. The only issue was the property maintenance men power washing the building for three days. A minor irritation, just wish it was some other week. All in all, it was very pleasant, and we’ll likely book again next year.

Great location!

This is our third time staying at San Remo, first time in this unit. We knew we would love staying at this location because of the proximity to the beach and access to the heated pool. Everything in the unit is as advertised. They did just update the tvs to have internet access and the ability to log onto your streaming services so that was a bonus. There is definitely room for improvement and could use a refresh, but the rate was cheaper than some of the more updated unit so we got what we paid for and knew that going in.

This property has potential. Guest bathroom needs a shower curtain liner. The patio needs painted or scrubbed. Black mold developing. Brighter ceiling light needed in bedroom Lots of bed pillows but no pillow cases Also bath towels dirty looking. I washed and bleached whatever we used.

Leslie, If there were any issues during your stay from 9-16 to 9-23 we did not receive a text, e mail or phone call about any issue. It is impossible to fix an issue after you return home. Sorry you do not approve of the lighting the owner has chosen for their beach front condo.

Very Nice But.....

The unit is very nice and clean. Its not very updated or decorated as the unit we stayed in last year but it works for us. The complex is what we considered close to perfect. Its not right on the beach (though it is beach front) Short walk from the pool on the walk way. Its a great area! Now the but. Unfortunately there is a large house being built in front of the complex that will be lasting were told almost 3 years to construct. When finished it will block a good portion of the gulf view. Its too bad because the complex is so nice the was it is. We're so disappointed and sad for the owners.

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to write, it is unfortunate that our county leaders are handing out building permits like beads at Mardi Gras... Unchecked development is impacting our beaches and when you decide to own a home here I hope you will vote and maybe decide to run for office too! I am so sorry your view is being obscured by this monstrous house. It is still a pretty view, but I understand it is slightly less than the full on view of the water it once was. As for my decor, I like my furnishings, I picked it out myself and it looks a lot like my home in Wisconsin, I understand you think it is 'grandmotherly' furnishings, Well, I am a grandmother, at 86 I don't think Ill ever get used to the new fangled HGTV type of decorating... I regret you didn't enjoy my home. Thanks for taking the time to express your opinion about your distaste for my taste.

Overall very pleased and you will be to

My family of four stayed for one week. I have two boys (11 & 9) and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds. The location can’t be beat - near shopping and food and the beach is right out your huge balcony. It’s just a quick stroll down the boardwalk and you’re there at your private beach. The complex was very secure and overall quiet from a people perspective so very relaxing. As others mentioned the only downfall was the loud construction that began at 8 am or earlier which made it hard to sleep in at all. The signs said this is supposed to be done by March 31 so this shouldn’t be a problem for long. Some updating could be done and a few more dishes would be nice but My wife is already planning a trip back she loved it so much. Great property!
