Thank you for your wonderful comments about San Remo 209. We have found many guests enjoy this beautiful property. Thank you for your feedback regarding the carpet. Your review has been sent to the property manager to schedule a steam cleaning. Florida laws prohibit us from leaving any consumable products, including spices, condiments and ice, in the rental for health reasons. We are glad these items did not deter you from having a wonderful vacation. We hope to welcome you back to the beach soon.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are thrilled to learn you enjoyed the condominium and complex. San Remo is a beautiful property and many guests fall in love with the grounds and close proximity to the Gulf. We are sorry to hear you had some cleaning issues. Our Housekeeping Department does their best to make sure every rental is immaculate when the guests arrive, however, we are not infallible. We have shared your comments with our Housekeeping Department as well as the property manager to ensure this spectacular vacation rental is ready for the next guest. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have you back very soon.

Thank you for your recent review of San Remo 209. Every unit on our rental program is part of our bed bug inspection program. As part of this program, each rental is inspected quarterly for bed bugs. We have checked our records and this condo received a regular quarterly inspection on August 10, 2017 and received a clean report. Upon reading your review, we called our inspector back out to do another thorough inspection. The report, again, came back clean. Our proactive measures also include bed bug encasements on the beds in additional to the quarterly inspections. We were also informed that bed bugs can be found in many places including movie theater seats, restaurant chairs and other cloth surfaces. We are sorry to hear that you were impacted and appreciate your note so we could follow up with an additional inspection to ensure this rental home is clean. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to welcoming you back for future beach vacations.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your recent stay at San Remo 209. We were so sorry to learn that we were unable to meet all your expectations and we hope you will give us another opportunity to host you in the future. Your comments and suggestions have been passed along to the Property Manager who will, no doubt, share them with the owner. Again, we appreciate your input as it helps us do a better job going forward.

Thank you for taking time to leave your review of San Remo 209. We were so happy to hear that you enjoyed the layout of the unit and that you found the patio nice with a good view. We are also glad we were able to resolve your entry code issue quickly. We were sorry to hear that you felt there were some cleaning issues. A clean comfortable vacation rental is always our number one goal….when we are called out for not providing that, we take it seriously. We have passed on your comments to the Housekeeping Director, who will use it as a teaching moment with his staff. The Property Manager will pass on your comments to the HOA concerning Beach Service and the hot tub. Again, we appreciate your input and we hope you will allow us to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking time to leave your review of your recent stay. We were very sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the property. As we explained while you were here, there was absolutely no mold at this property….since it had rained quite a bit before your stay, it was probably mildew which can be a common problem with properties that sit so close to the water. This unit has been solidly booked for several weeks before and after this reservation. There have been no other reports, questions , or concerns about mold. Again, we are sorry you felt this impacted your stay, and we hope we will be able to accommodate you again in the future.
