The condo was great for my family. We were there for a birthday trip for our daughter. Great beach view. Great location to food and shopping but far away enough from the traffic. My daughter and her friends were old enough to go to the pools on their own. The condo was clean, kitchen had the basics, and very spacious for 6 people. The wifi wasn't great but not bad. Would book again. This was our first time visiting Port Aransas!

Thank you for the wonderful review and perfect 10/10 rating! We’re delighted that your daughter’s birthday trip—and your family’s first visit to Port Aransas—was so enjoyable. It’s wonderful to hear that you appreciated the spacious, clean condo, beautiful beach views, pools, and convenient location. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the Wi-Fi, as internet service throughout the island can occasionally slow down during busy periods. We would love to welcome you back to Aransas Princess!

We stay at the Aransas Princess every year for our end of summer beach trip, the location/property/views can’t be beat! This unit was great, with nice beds for the adults and the kids. Everything was great, can’t wait until next year’s visit!

We loved the condo, location, check in, etc. The only thing that was a negative was there was no communication.

This place was wonderful. My family had a great time and the accommodations were awesome. Plenty of room inside the condo and enough different rooms for a family of 6 to find solitude on a frigid day. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs plus the washer/dryer were a great bonus. Nice beds (pillows could be better) and plenty of hot water (pressure was meh). Great views of the ocean and spectacular front row seats for some of the world’s best sunrises. The pools were nice and the hot tub was great. Check-in wasn’t very clear, so for anyone coming, it’s at a managed desk, fully staffed, on the main floor lobby. We would and most probably will return.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear your family had a great time and that the condo provided plenty of space and comfort—even on those chilly days. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and of course those unforgettable Gulf sunrises—there’s nothing quite like them! We also truly appreciate your helpful feedback. We’ll take a closer look at the pillows and water pressure, and we’ll work on making the check-in instructions clearer for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Beautiful condo and great location

This is the cutest condo with amazing ocean views. A well stocked kitchen and lots of room for all of us. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great and the pool weren’t heated. But we had fun anyway!

So happy to be back at this awesome location

We love this condo community. The pools are amazing, cleaned daily and perfect temperature! The boardwalk straight to the beach is so convenient. Having a designated parking spot is really nice. This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. We loved having the extra living area and the excess of beds was great for our family of 6. The AC worked great and it was a quiet location with great views and easy access to both pools and tennis courts. Will definitely be back!

Under construction

When we arrived we found that only one elevator was working, the hot tub was under repair for most of our stay and we did NOT have boardwalk access to the beach. Being able to walk to the beach was a big part of why I chose this property. It should have been communicated to me. It is advertised as having a boardwalk to the beach and it was clearly still under construction and will be for quite awhile. This fact should have been communicated and given me an option to book somewhere else. It added extra costs for our vacation that I had not planned for - I also did not prep my car to have to be on the beach. It definitely changed how we spent our time.Location was great - beautiful sunrise.

Quick Weekend Getaway

This was our first time visiting Port A. Easy check in at front desk. Condo was surprisingly big and had pretty ocean front view. We had our two teenage boys and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pools were nice. We mostly stayed at the one on the right side of the property, the one in the center was quite full most of all the time. Beach was clean and just overall beautiful views around the condos (golf course view on the other side of condominium). Wish we would could have stayed longer and will definitely consider staying at the Aransas Princess again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will definitely book unit 411 again in the future. This rental was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Hopefully AP will build a ramp on property so we don’t have to carry everything up and down the stairs to and from the beach, that was a huge struggle.

Pool Closed TVs not working

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying that the unit is absolutely beautiful. Aransas Princess is our go to spot in Port A. We booked this unit on Wednesday and specifically asked if the pool was open and were told it was. When we checked in we were told that the city ordered it to be closed on Friday at midnight. Although this was out of the control of the owner and management, we should have received a courtesy call Friday morning before traveling 4 1/2 hours and finding out at check in. Aside from this, only 1 out of 4 TVs worked. I called the office and was told that nothing could be done. Having 3 kids in a condo with no pool and no TV was extremely disappointing. Our stay was overall only satisfactory compared to our past visits. The staff seemed to not care about the inconveniences which was out of the ordinary compared to our past stays.
