Vores bygning spærrer al støj fra byen. Alt du hører med vinduerne åbent er den søde lyd af bølger, der styrter på stranden. Gå ud og du er i hjertet af byen: en hurtig gåtur til restauranter, barer, klubber. Både i omfavnelsen af naturen og i hjertet af byen.

20. etage Studio direkte mod havet giver en fantastisk udsigt og total privatliv: ingen kan se inde i lejlighederne med persienner helt åben. Lige ved havet ved krydset mellem de to store strande i San Juan - Ocean Park Beach og Condado Beach. Du kan gå til Ocean Park stranden gennem bygningens egen indgang. Bygningen har en stor voksen pool, en børnepool, en tennisbane og et lille motionscenter. På stranden finder du beachvolleybaner. Enheden har en overdækket privat tildelt parkeringsplads.
Fremragende beliggenhed: Condado del Mar på Ashford Ave. Gåafstand til restauranter, supermarked, kasinoer, barer, hospitaler, butikker, parker, hoteller.
Udsigten og placeringen er absolut bedste i San Juan og rivaliserende andre i Caribien. Dette er en studiolejlighed indrettet med alle nye møbler i slutningen af 2018. Køkkenet blev ombygget i slutningen af 2018. Badeværelset er det oprindelige badeværelse og forbliver un-remodeled. Hvad der er op for det er udsigten og placeringen og effekten af kombinationen af at være lige på stranden, være højt op, få den mest fantastiske brise, der ligger i centrum af bygningen og et fantastisk sted i San Juan og mod slutningen af Ocean Park Beach. Dette blokerer alle byens støj, men på en eller anden måde kan du høre den søde lyd af bølger, der styrter på stranden. Du får også en fantastisk panoramaudsigt over den blå himmel og det blå hav. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The Communication was seamless! This place is great! Walking distance to the marina and check in area to booked excursions to Culebra and the other Islands or PR. Amazing view!!!!!!!!! Easy to get in and out with the chip on the keys. Restaurants nearby. Must visit!!

Perfect Location

This condominium was in a great location. Beach and pool access. Elevators are super quick, low wait time. The condo was clean and had everything you need. Being able to sleep with the ocean sound and the ocean breeze was so awesome. No bugs on 21st floor and what a view from up there. Nima the host is truly committed to making sure your stay is exceptional. He answered every time I called and was so helpful. It was above and beyond. Had an incredible time with everything so close by. A restaurant called -Donde Olga- was just 11 mins by car and it had the freshest seafood. The staff in the condominium were super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go to when I'm on the island. Thank you so much Nima.

Our host was lovely. We arrived the night the power came back on and I was concerned about drinking water. He sent his staff out to stock us water. By the time we got to PR the lights were back on! At no fault of the host, they were doing work on the grounds around the pool area and outside cosmetic work on the actual building from the fall storms. Overall it was a wonderful stay, 24 hour security and some restaurants within walking distance. The property is close to the end on condado Beach so it was more subdue than the resort/boutique hotels. Perfect for two people and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our time here and the weather was PERFECT! April17-23 2025

Good overall

Location was nice. The place needs a bigger trash can in the kitchen and a Keurig for coffee, but enjoyed our stay over all.

I thought if your renting a place out that you should have nice looking appliances for people to use, stove had grease all over it, and also the oven toaster had I’m not sure all over it, these appliances should be inviting to use, not questionable…so we didn’t use anything not even the coffee maker, center blind was not usable after we pulled it down the first time, someone rigged it up but we were not told about it..bed was comfortable and the view was great…

Overall the property met our needs. The room was clean on the surface but don’t look in the corners.The kitchen utensils could be better, but it’s fine if you don’t plan on doing any cooking. Not what I expected

The property is old. And the pictures online don’t show all the lil things that make u think, what did we get ourself into. The location of room on the ocean is what made it worth staying and not go look for another hotel. If you can look past the paint on windows/broken tiles/patches in ceiling and walls. If is ok. Would I stay again. Probably NOT!!. But iam also a GC and this was horrible to see the building this way.

Amazing location, great view, clear sound of the waves, no city noises. Many dining options at walking distance. Very convenient parking and condo location, seconds from the elevator. The building can use some renovations but that's not really this owner's fault. Nima was in close communication, clearly stated everything we needed to know in advance, followed up with tips to make our stay even better. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Ashford ave is the place to be in the evenings.

The view is amazing, but apartment is unsanitary, linens were smells, also towels smells,, but, live and learn.

Good short stay

Overall the property could use updating and paint but the unit was good for a short stay. Not much space to put stuff. Have to live out of suitcase. Other then that, the unit has beautiful views as advertised

Overall very good place to book, very clean and secured VERY well.Plenty of attractions, stores and beaches close by and walking distance.The only downside with my booking was parking especially in this area where street parking is hard to find and keep but there was a garage around but for fees of course but overall recommend! Kind friendly staff.

Great view and location

The view from the balcony is amazing, like your over the water looking down due to being up so high. If your not one for driving around on vacation this location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store a few blocks away as well. We were able to do tours in and around Old San Juan, with meeting locations within a 5 minute walk from our location. Some work being done to the building which was deceiving at first but not a hinderance. People were nice within the building, out at the pool as well as on the beach. Security is in place and staff working at the building we observed upholding certain rules and expectations to others. Could of used an extra blanket and towels. Overall we were pleased and had a great time. Hospitality wherever we went was very exceptional.

Fabulous Stay

I’d like to thank the host for being thoroughly detailed and precise dealing w/ entertainment & activities per itinerary. Everything was as advertised. Convenient location! Excellent communication, view, amenities per condo, hands down 5 star, staff friendly & attentive. It was EVERYTHING we hoped for and more! Highly recommend & would definitely stay again! 5-Stars across the board!!!!!!

Great Location but...

The unit is located in a great location with a great view of the ocean, on the west side of Condado, and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. However, the room is small for a suite and not well-maintained. The unit furniture is old, stained, and generally not very clean. When I arrived there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and the towels had a tobacco smell. There are cracks in the walls in some places and the appliances are old. The coffee water heater didn't work. There was only one saucepan and a couple of frying pans. While it has a full kitchen, it's a very small space. There is another section with a microwave and a few other appliances oddly placed on the balcony, which is divided by a glass door. Several cables were hanging down the exterior of the building, possibly from scaffolding, that obstructed the view. The grounds themselves were unkept, While the larger pool was operational, a smaller pool was full of leaves and looked like it hadn't been used for some time. I was by myself on this trip and it made do, but there are many choices of places to stay in the Condado area for $250/night, so when I return with my wife for a longer stay we'll make a different choice
