In this fully renovated studio, you'll have the essentials to spend an unforgettable stay. Small yet fully equipped kitchen (no oven), full bathroom, closet space, TV, dining area and the highlight of this studio: the spacious balcony.

Grab the beach chairs and cooler and walk down to the only swimmable beach in Condado- La Playita del Condado. From the back of the building you will be able to access the lagoon. A space to enjoy nature's sounds and views.

Our condominium has backup power for common areas and elevators.

Location, location, location! We loved staying by the water and the amazing view from the place. There was an issue checking in but it was resolved after about 30 minutes since we had a late check in. The apartment was clean and had supplies for the beach which was nice. I wish there would have been hot water and more towels, but I understand electricity is expensive. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

Honey/Baby Moon

My Wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honey/Baby Moon and it was incredible! The condo we stayed in was small and cozy for the both of us and the A/C felt amazing after a long day outdoors. Glenda made check in/out easy and was always quick with replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you're visiting PR!

This location is near beaches, restaurants, walking paths and shops. The view from the balcony was heaven. I recommend. Definitely a repeat syay

This was our first trip to San Juan and this studio apt didn't disappoint. The location was key. We could walk to the nearby beach and several good restaurants. Ubers were plentiful and all our drivers spoke english. One thing to note - the description mentions lagoon access but there was none. Other than that everything was as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. Just an FYI - there is no hot water available in the kitchen and in the shower, the hot/cold is reversed. There was no ice or any ice trays to make any. Minor details to be sure. We would definitely book this unit again!

Thanks so much Scott for the 10/10 review! We’re really happy you enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, and that comfy bed. Just to clarify a few quick notes you mentioned (and thank you for bringing them up): We do have lagoon access; it’s through the back of the building near the trash area and the laundry room, and you can use the same key as the pedestrian gate on Ashford Ave. I’m sorry that wasn’t clearer in the info provided. If you had asked, we would’ve happily pointed you in the right direction, and we’ll make the instructions much more obvious going forward. Also, the unit has an on-demand water heater, so there should be hot water throughout. Since you mentioned the kitchen didn’t have it, we’re checking it immediately; it may simply be that the hot water valve under the kitchen sink was turned off. And yes, you’re right about the shower: hot/cold is reversed, and we’ll add a clear label so it’s not confusing. Finally, thanks for the note about the ice trays; we’re restocking those right away. We really appreciate you staying with us, and we’d love to host you again next time you’re in San Juan!

Absolutely a Gem in Condado

I loved my time here with my wife in Puerto Rico and this Vrbo was absolutely great. The view of both the Lagoon and Beach were wonderful to see each day and the room was super comfy. It is near everything in the condado region and only a 15 minute drive or so to Old San Juan. Would come back here again.

Glenda was a wonderful host and her place was just as described! Everything was up to date and modern. The view from the balcony of the Laguna on one side and the ocean on the other side was a major plus! Check in easy! Check out easy! Location Location Location!! The suite was wonderful, beautiful view, clean, and plenty spacious. The only downside was the elevator only worked about half the time. Being on 11th floor was nice for the view but my wife and I both have bad knees and the stairs were very difficult. We also only had one beach towel and no washcloths.

Had a great time during our stay. A slight issue at check in where but host was very receptive and helpful in rectifying the situation. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a great location with beautiful views of the lagoon and ocean. Easy starting point for all our adventures while here in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
