Host was awesome with response time, the house was amazing…I don’t think any of us (5 adults 1 fur baby) have ever stayed at a place that was so well stocked. View was amazing!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, the location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the water, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, outdoor area was wonderful, saw several Manatee's. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was one of the cleanest and well stocked houses we have ever stayed in. We stay a lot with travel for work and vacation and this stands out as the best. It was a beautiful relaxing house and absolutely what advertised. Will stay again.

Always a great time at this property Balconys excellent for quiet time and we cannot forget the hot tub after a long day kayaking and picnics on pristine spring waters of WeekiWachee We all plan on making this place a yearly staycay for us SoFlo residents. What a sweet place and community

Our stay was absolutely amazing and so beautiful! The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed! Views were so beautiful and saw many animals. The kayaks were so fun, blackstone, hot tub, bar up the street and paddle board made us have such a fun trip!

Fabulous property, amazing view, great to see the manatees swimming past and having the use of the kayaks. We had a wonderful time staying here and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful riverside house.

This house has everything you need at your fingers tips! From the kitchen, bathrooms and outside. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and ample room for our group of 5. The host is nice and easy to communicate with. It’s easy to get to and nice location on the water. The view from the house to the water is very pretty. You can kayak or walk to a near by restaurant that’s on the water as well. A near by rope swing was a plus for my granddaughter. I strongly suggest to kayak up river where there are no houses as the scenery is beautiful!

The house was beautiful and we had a great time. The people watching at this place is great and very entertaining. We used the kayaks both days and the kayak launcher is very helpful for getting them in the water.

We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.

Very clean and cozy. Super convenient location. Enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Only thing I would recommend is a no smell laundry detergent as we are sensitive to smells and some items in the house that were washed had a strong smell for us. Otherwise no complaints

Beautiful Water Clean home and Manatees

We loved our stay . The home was so nice, clean and organized! Loved being on the water and walking to the nearby restaurant and having the Beach area so close! One of our favorite vaca’s! Amazing hosts!

Perfect getaway

My little family absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was wonderful! We spent so much time using the kayaks and paddleboard and swimming. My children loved the jacuzzi during our downtime. The only thing I may would recommend is a two man kayak for families with smaller children. Overall, a 10 out of 10 stay!

My wife and I have stayed at many rentals on vacation and this one is by far the best we’ve stayed in. The owners have put a lot of attention into the details of this home. The decorations are beautiful. All the accessories coordinate. It felt very much like home. The location on Weeki Wachee River near the park provided endless entertainment with people watching. My wife and I paddled all the way up to the top of the river (beware there is nowhere to get out and use the restrooms and refill water) it took us 4.5 hours round trip. We also paddled out to the ocean and saw a manatee on the way back. Later we took our pup swimming off the dock and a dolphin swam by! Loved this house and can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see a few manatees swim up the canal from there. Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. The kayaks and paddle board are a must as well. My whole family loved paddling around the canals. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back to the Weeki Wachee area. Thank you again for having such a wonderful place for my family and I to stay on our summer vacation.

Wonderful Getaway in Weeki Wachee!

We had an amazing stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated along the water. Everything was exactly as described, and the peaceful riverfront setting made for a truly relaxing escape.The house had all the essentials and then some—cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor space for morning coffee or evening drinks. We especially loved the easy access to the water for kayaking and paddleboarding—it was so convenient to launch right from the backyard.The only minor suggestion we’d make is that the kayak launch area could use a little updating to make it safer and easier to use, especially for kids. But overall, that didn’t take away from the experience at all.Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying again!
