We are a local family real estate team with an office in Weeki Wachee, & another in Tampa, FL. We live & work in the Weeki Wachee neighborhood. We are the only real estate office located in Weeki Wachee, FL!
We are all outdoor enthusiasts who love spending time outside with our family & friends. We love nature, tubing, SUP, wine, dining, boating, kayaking, SUP, people watching, just hanging out relaxing, traveling, reading, working out, and yoga.

This gorgeous waterfront vacation home is one of the best homes located directly on a well desired wide, deep water canal just close enough for convenience yet far enough away for peace & quiet that you won't typically get on the main river.
So you can play when you want & rest when you want. The 18' height helps create a better view, the spaciousness of the home helps creates more room for more fun, underneath the main home is our large garage minus our private owners closet provides a fun outdoor activity area out of the sun for everyone. Being able to tie off your boat at the dock, but close enough to the water to enjoy the view.
